"The lift was out of action for the whole 5 days we were there. Please check before you travel, especially if you have a disability. We were given a room on the 7th floor. Someone did help with the luggage but if you have a disability bear in mind there are 113 steps to the top. We were not advised the lift was out of order and there were no other rooms available for our entire stay. There is no air con, no fan but there was a sauna next door, ironic as our room was stifling. The stairs are made of stone and dirty with spillages not mopped, watch your step. The room was dusty and had cobwebs. The sheets were not fitted so came off as soon as you got into the bed. There are no mattress covers. So you will be sleeping on a bare mattress. Trip advisor lists the hotel as providing ironing services but the hotel staff did not know of this. They offered to iron our clothes but advised only if the clothes were not too expensive. The is no tea / coffee or kettle provided. Clean towels and sheets are provided. The staff were not friendly, they seemed to be defensive which is understandable given the circumstances. We paid £100 per night. We do not consider this hotel good value and won't be returning. "

"Hotel molto bello da 30iger-Jahren. Personale amichevole, orientato alla soluzione e precursore. Top posizione. Belle camere grandi. Poiché l'età dell'hotel ha i suoi pezzi. In parte non si può aprire la bella finestra grande e è molto circondato. Siamo stati qui due notti e abbiamo potuto dormire molto male a causa di un gran gruppo di giovani atleti (un torneo di calcio ha avuto luogo) che hanno continuato a festeggiare in camera. La gestione dell'hotel ci ha scusato in ogni modo per questo e ci ha spiegato che, nonostante l'operazione di sicurezza, non hanno potuto affrontare la situazione meglio. In conclusione! L'hotel ci consigliamo molto."

"L’hotel dalle foto su Booking appare carino ma in realtà non lo è. La colazione viene fatta da un’altra parte ed è molto scomodo, inoltre è poco varia e abbastanza deprimente. Il servizio è pessimo. Sono uscita alle 9 di mattina e tornata in camera alle 14,30 dopo pranzo..la camera non era ancora stata fatta dalle cameriere. Assurdo. Non lo consiglio assolutamente."
