Siamo appena arrivati oggi 2 agosto 2023 io e il mio compagno ad ostenda per stare fino a domenica 6 agosto. Appena in camera (314) apro il bagno e non vedo il water.. Chiamo il mio compagno e il vater si trova Dall altro lato tipo come fosse un ripostiglio, che poi è stato ricavato Dall armadio. L armadio non c è. Andiamo giù alla reception per chiedere di cambiarci la camera ed avere un bagno unico ma l hotel tutto pieno. Allora se si trattasse di un 2 stelle o un ostello posso capire, ma 600 euro 3 giorni e Nn avere un bagno decente e senza un armadio mi pare non sia il massimo. Purtroppo con booking abbiamo già pagato ma potessi me ne andrei.. Ma arriviamo Dall Italia... Premetto che ho fatto tanti viaggi ma non mi era mai capitata una roba del genere. Da segnalare assolutamente!!!!! Vedere foto armadio e il resto Je viens d'arriver aujourd'hui le 2 août 2023, moi et mon partenaire à Ostende pour rester jusqu'au dimanche 6 août. Dès que j'entre dans la chambre (314), j'ouvre la salle de bain et je ne vois pas les toilettes, j'appelle mon partenaire et la vater est de l'autre côté, comme un placard, qui a ensuite été fabriqué à partir du placard. Il n'y a pas d'armoire. Nous descendons à la réception pour demander à changer de chambre et avoir une seule salle de bain mais l'hôtel est complet. Donc s'il s'agissait d'un hôtel 2 étoiles ou d'une auberge je peux comprendre, mais 600 euros pour 3 jours et ne pas avoir de salle de bain décente et pas d'armoire, cela ne me semble pas le meilleur. Malheureusement, nous avons déjà payé avec la réservation mais si je pouvais je partirais .. Mais nous venons d'Italie ... Je précise que j'ai fait de nombreux voyages mais quelque chose comme ça ne m'est jamais arrivé. Absolument à mentionner !!!!! As soon as I enter the room (314), I open the bathroom and I don't see the toilet. I call my partner and the vater is on the other side, like a closet, which was then made out of the closet. There is no wardrobe. We go down to the reception to ask to change our room and have a single bathroom but the hotel is full. So if it were a 2-star hotel or a hostel I can understand, but 600 euros for 3 days and not having a decent bathroom and no wardrobe, it seems to me not the best. Unfortunately we have already paid with booking but if I could I would leave .. But we come from Italy ... I state that I have made many trips but something like this has never happened to me. Prima ervaring qua hotelkamers, restaurant (eten en vriendelijke bediening) en ook een smakelijk ontbijt. Alleen de vriendelijkheid aan de receptie mocht iets aangenamer zijn. Wat ons betreft, een aanrader voor vrienden en kennissen.

Good price quality, wellness is a nice add on. Easy with tram stop just in front to visit places at the whole Belgian coast. Center of Oostende has nice jobs from cheap to more expensive. Also look at the ****** program there are nice shows there

Een very last minute beslissing die ik me niet beklaagd heb. Ik reserveerde de hotelkamer makkelijk online en de treinkorting die ik kreeg was een leuk extraatje. Het hotel is supergoed gelegen, heeft ruime en mooie kamers, geen last van de tram voor de deur wegens degelijke ramen. Enige wat ik zou aanbieden is een oogmaskertje omdat de gordijnen niet voor een volledige verduistering zorgen, daarvoor zijn ze iets te kort. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en zeer lekker. English breakfast, granola, fruit en yoghurt, koffiekoeken, een pistoletje met divers beleg, je hebt keuze genoeg Ook leuk dat ik in deze periode een lazy check out kon bijboeken zodat ik de hotelkamer tot 18h00 kon behouden, dit maakte het makkelijk om tussen mijn musea bezoeken en wandelingetjes even terug op de kamer te verpozen. All in all een zeer aangename en onspannende 29 uur in Oostende gehad.

Had a great stay here with shearing very clean hotel booked a disabled room which was a long walk from the main lifts as the lift near my room was out of order the restraunt was big the food was ok watch out for bones in the fish they serve set menu also 5 free drinks vouchers per night more than enough great service to your table no queing at the bar staff lovely and friendly my room was brilliant with balcony bathroom was proper disabled shower bedding lovely and clean beds comfy deffo stay again our drivers Sarah and nigel were brilliant thank you

The mere thought of the hotel and wellness brings a smile to my face. We had another fabulous stay, the umpteenth in the last 15 years or so. In all these years the friendliness of the receptionists and restaurant personnel has warmed us when we came in shivering from the wind and rain on the dyke and beach. The wellness facilities are a must - beautiful design of the facilities, calming music, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Already looking forward to our next stay! (I guess around Valentine ;))

We booked an executive room with spa access, room was basic, bed worn and leg broken, room smelt of body odour and worse in the bed, cup mark on the bedside table and hair. One pillow dirty. Spa had no working shower or foot bath before entering the pool. Breakfast the first morning nothing left by 9:30 and hot food was cold, one member of staff rude when I asked if they had any hot food left. Generally disappointing, wouldn’t stay again.

The service and staff are absolutely shocking, the bar staff are rude and the food is average, the rooms are lovely to look at although in my room I found a bra on one of my shelves and there was a small blood mark on one of my towels, would definitely not recommend!!!!!

The room, 333, was very small and not comfortable at all. The beds were super small, we were scared to fall the whole night. There is no sound isolation at all, we could hear all what happened in the corridors and rooms next to us. The wellness centre is very beautiful but too expensive. The food at the odyzee was amazing, very tasty but the service was not so good. The waiters would not give us a smile except the young Alicia, a sunshine there. We met her again in the breakfast early in the morning. The breakfast was the best thing in this hotel. Everything was very fresh, delicious cheese, bread, pastry, juice, etc.....
