Excellent hotel well located within the town Very near the seafront and a short stroll away from the main square where there are numerous restaurants and bars - near the main shopping area. Adjacent carpark to the hotel - 20 Euros a night. Staff very helpful and welcoming - particularly at Reception. Rooms are spacious and well appointed although a kettle would have been appreciated. Bar and Restaurant on site - excellent breakfast choices. Buffet dinner in the evening from 1800-2000 - wine and beer included - as much as you wish to eat. Always stay at this hotel now in Oostende - next stay in July.

We have stayed in the Ostend Hotel on several occasions and the hotel has not disappointed. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful, the food is good and servings are plentiful. As we had been celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary they decorated our table and left a gift for each of us. We had a delux room with coffee and air conditioning and could not complain. Rooms were cleaned every day and floor washed. Overall excellent.

this is our second home so decided to spend our first anniversary weekend and as always the hotel goes above and beyond a big thank you for the lovely gifts we recieved and as always perfect from start to finish the reception staff are very special and a big credit to the hotel see you soon

The Ostend Hotel is a friendly, modern & comfortable run hotel in the heart of the beautiful fishing port of Ostend, the rooms are very clean (cleaned every day) and the atmosphere is very pleasant, staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble and very friendly always with a smile on their face, the restaurant is very inviting as has a variety of food and very well presented & clean, I cannot express how lovely this hotel and staff are, it must be doing something right as my parents first came in 1963 are are still coming as are my children, 4 generations of my family have all experienced this amazing hotel, we have stayed in other hotels but always come back to this one and recommend it to friends, we came Xmas as we have before and they couldn’t do enough for you, also the entertainment was brilliant, so thank you to Alex and his team for an amazing experience at the Ostend Hotel, Lisa Hurford & family.

After 20 years New Year in Ostend it is time for something else. The TWIN rooms are too small, no place for clothes, shower too small. Room not cleaned every day. The front desk, not always polite when you have remarks concerning the room. The food is good, but coffee cakes in the morning preferable variation every day.

Awful hotel, rooms really small, no kettle in room, staff not at all helpful, everything seems too much trouble for them, food for breakfast very basic, side plate size plates for your breakfast, could not book restuarant for evening meal as they said they were fully booked (they had 14 people booked and thats all they could cope with) would not use this hotel again

have stayed several times this year and as always perfect from start to finnish especially the staff who always have a smile and take time to talk with you thanks to the boss (Alex) for the wonderful and thoughtfull birthday gifts for my wife and i we look forward to seeing you all again in the near future

Having previously stayed in Ostend twice, our previous two choices of accommodation did not seem appealing. We chose Ostend Hotel for its location, parking, bike storage and recently refurbished rooms and weren’t disappointed. Staff were very friendly, the secure bike storage was plentiful and parking spaces felt secure (reserve in advance). Deluxe room was large with great aircon, a fridge, comfy beds and a huge shower. Breakfast was an added bonus and whilst there wasn’t a huge choice it was enough to set you up for the day. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. We chose the bed and breakfast package and decided to eat out. Would recommend nearby restaurants Eclips, Bajatzu, Den Arteist, and El Greco, and I would probably recommend to book in advance. Also enjoyed a vast beer selection in Cafe Botteltje.

Nice hotel, with friendly employees. The breakfast was well, only the Bread was a little bit dry. Nice and clean room and a good bed. The shower was nice. The location is fine. Overall a good experience! A good hotel for my next visit in Oostende.
