總體蠻好，乾淨，特別是風景好，透過窗台，也在小鎮中心區，很方便。喜歡那個大大的辦公桌。還會再來！

Wir kommen seit Jahren in dieses Hotel und von Mal zu Mal wird der Service am Empfang schlechter. Unfreundlich, unaufmerksam, gleichgültig wie man in diesem 4 Sterne Haus abgefertig wird. Der Gast muss als erstes grüßen um dann wenigstens einen Blick vom Servicepersonal entgegen nehmen zu können. Ein "herzlich Wollkommen; wir wünschen ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt; Guten Morgen; auf wiedersehen und eine schöne Heimreise" sind nicht möglich gewesen. Unmöglich wie man dort als Gast behandelt wird/wurde. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, man sieht es leider auch deutlich an der Qualität der Betten.

Optimale Lage zur Stadt, dass Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer mit großzügiger Dusche ausgestattet. Wir waren zum wiederholten Male schon da und buchen bestimmt nochmals da.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Remarque Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswert. Ein 👍 von uns ans Personal.

房間不大，中規中矩，早餐品種很少，但是品質不錯。

酒店不錯，town的中心位置，環境好，吃飯方便。

什麼都沒有。。。。空調都沒有。。。還那麼貴

Wi-Fi signal was very weak in my room. I asked the front desk multiple times to address the issues and they made promises but the problems remained for the 3 days I was there. My colleagues in other rooms had the same issues.

One of the worst stays of my life its only good if you need somewhere to stay for a night if you have no other option or if you are there for business otherwise would not recommend.

Very good ratio price/quality. Garage in the hotel Only "issue": in the booking confirmation it is mentioned that as a gold member we were eligble to a room upgrade. The hotel wAs not aware. Anyway our room was very nice except there was no minibar and no coffee/tea set

I was very impressed by the staff and the quality of this hotel. The room was large and very nice. The restaurant and bar was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osnabrück. / Staffan

Assortment with breakfast is great. The staff is very nice but they barely speak English. The hotel rooms are not as advertised on *******, they don’t have rooms with 2 double beds, are very outdated and there is no airconditioning at this hotel.We didn’t receive VIP benefits. There is no parking available for hotel guests, only the city garage (15euros per night).

Good location close to the city, and friendly staff. We got an upgrade to the executive room. The room was huge (bathroom too), but the bed was too soft and bouncy, and there were no coffee making facilities. For the money they charge, i’d expect that at the very least.
