Questo hotel è assolutamente fantastico: è accogliente, pulito, situato convenientemente vicino alle attrazioni e serve una deliziosa colazione. Inoltre, il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e accogliente. Non ti pentirai di essere stato qui!

Perfectly located near to all the major landmarks. The service was also pretty good. I arrived long before check in time and they allowed me to have breakfas which was also prettt good. Would definitely stay again. Be careful with the toilets though... it requires both buttons to be pressed at the same time... figured it out, so that was fine 🙂

The location is good but too close to the tram stop. You can hear the Ding-Ding-Ding from the tram in the daytime.

First of all I'd like to add that staff in this hotel is perfect, super nice and helpful. But are some minuses that made me crazy in this hotel: - terrible wi-fi, the connection failed all the time, it was impossible to google any info with pictures, or sent any files in messengers - the showerhead has black mold on it, disgusting. - the room is super tiny so when I opened front door it was stuck by bed. - Toilet flushed really badly - No supplements, no tooth brushes, htere was awfull shower gel and shampoo in common tube and that's it. Moreover it is not obvious what is shampoo and what is shower gel - there were no covers for blankets and it was quite hard to explain them which item exacly they need to bring. Also they removed them after clean service and I had to explain it again. - It was impossible to sleep with open window: it is SOOOO noisy over there. There restaurants, smoking people and tram since 5 am till 1 am - breakfast is strange, the food is not tasty and fried eggs is the only thing that helped the situation - bed linen is quite old.

Perfect location , close to main tourist spot. But what amaze me is the friendly service from the staff, special shoutout to Efe and Purkan. They cater to our needs and even prepared our takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight.

Nice staff nice room, but not many facilities and breakfast is like so-so.

I enjoyed my stay at Black Tulip, friendly polite staff. Nice room albeit small. Lovely breakfast. Amazing location close to tram. Perfect for Hagia Sophia and visiting the beautiful Mosques and sights of Istanbul. The only downside was a smelly drain in toilet.

アヤソフィアや、ブルーモスクなどの観光地から近いので効率よく観光することができました。 部屋も綺麗で、水圧等も問題ありません。 ただ、部屋にティッシュが置いてなかったのでそれだけマイナスでした。 朝食も美味しく、スタッフさんも丁寧でした。

Плюсы: Прекрасная локация. 65 шагов от входа в парк Гюльхане (Gülhane). Основные достопримечательности старого города в пешей доступности. Метро тоже рядом (5-7 минут), трамвайная остановка в 100 метрах. Колорит шумной восточной улицы. Очаровательный звон трамвайных колокольчиков) Персонал вежливый. Кондиционер современный и почти бесшумный. Ежедневная уборка. Новые полотенца и все такое. Минусы: Не исправен вентиль унитаза и постоянно течет и шумит вода. При заезде на несколько минут в гостинице отключился свет. Поднимались на 4-й этаж пешком. Проезжающие трамваи заставляют вибрировать все здание. Лифт только на одного человека, а лестница очень крутая. Номера стоит брать только с Street view. Завтраки хорошие, но кофе только растворимый. Ужинал в разных уличных кафе. Самым лучшим оказался маленький ресторан напротив -Neda. Остальные не понравились. Останавливался с семьей на 3 ночи, чтобы посмотреть старый город. Рекомендую к посещению, только из-за локации. Цена обусловлена только этим. Потом переехал в Hilton. За те же деньги. Но настоящие пять звезд.

房間空間太小，基本上兩個人就不能轉身！洗手間馬桶不好用！周圍噪音太大！早餐挺不錯的，種類齊全，咖啡也好喝！

Хороший отель, локация супер. Персонал отзывчивый. Завтраки хорошие. Для трех дней пребывания отель подходит полностью.

酒店前台哥哥很nice，很耐心地解答我們的問題，為我們預約到機場的專車，還幫我們打電話到下一個住宿，請他們在機場接我們到住宿，還說還有什麼問題也可以請他幫忙，很友好！ 酒店位置在大街旁邊，去各個景點很方便，都可以步行到達，還有tram會駛過門口，很神奇！ 最後，酒店隔音不太好，門外樓上樓下有人走動聲音很明顯，外面電車駛過聲音也很大，還有一樓房間外面是冷氣機平台，也有很大聲音。
