Prima di tutto, un bel hotel con vista magnifica!! Questo è prima che tutti i problemi cominciano!! Prima prenoto una doppia camera deluxe e mi hanno detto che non hanno una doppia camera deluxe !!! Allora hanno affermato che la doppia camera deluxe significa letto re ! Allora perché chiamare la doppia camera ?????? In secondo luogo, quasi si è ingannato al colazione, mi sono dato 4 buoni per 4 notti e ho chiesto al contatore se posso usare 2 buoni contemporaneamente, come sono con mia moglie. Il giorno in cui ho presentato due buoni al manager di Cooka (ho portato con me e mia moglie) e mi hanno ancora rilasciato una fattura per pagare per un ospite aggiuntivo !! Un buono è per 1 ospite e se darò 2 buoni, è per 2 ospiti !! E hanno cercato di caricarmi un altro !!!!! Davvero, questo è un inganno !!!!!! Dopo aver litigato per un po', il manager e un'altra signora mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare per il colazione Tmr!!!! Sono stato sconvolto !!! Se mangio Tmr, allora pago per la pausa veloce !!!! Se non mangio, mi aspettano di pagare per cosa ?? Scampo offensivo !!! Per favore, vedi l'immagine allegata !!! Non posso credere che sono quasi scacciato !!!

Lo uso per fare affari, ma ho dimenticato di rilassarmi in Osaka durante il giorno.La stanza è grande, non cosi'congestionata come un hotel commerciale, forse perché è davanti alla stazione, ma c'è un edificio progettato sulla montagna, e principalmente una famiglia. Inoltre, ci sono molti salotti nella sala da pranzo, quindi non devi preoccuparti di sedersi in un posto spazioso, quindi penso sia possibile usarli come luogo di lavoro.Ho un po'preoccupato per il pagamento di un grande bagno pubblico, ma ho deciso di pensare che non sarebbe troppo soffocato.Questo è un confortevole bagno progettato. Ci sono due ristoranti, una negozia costosa che ha bisogno di prenotare e una negozia che può essere usata a caso.I prezzi delle persone che possono usarla a caso sono buoni come la città, molto amichevole per la borsa.Naturalmente, ci sono cose simili a un buon bruciore. 20:00- Il servizio di vino e cibo sul palco è anche buono.Il cibo di cottura durante la mia permanenza è il raffreddore del fiume.Personalmente, mi piace il famoso raffreddore radio.Per quanto riguarda il vino, posso aggiungere liberamente il vino di pesce e la birra di vino, che mi fa molto soddisfare.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

Fantastic location just above Namba station n connected to train station. Very prompt check in and staff is very helpful n professional. My request to send luggage from Osaka to Tokyo is done properly even though I only reach Tokyo like 10 days later. The concierge is extremely helpful n gave a lot of information. Special thanks to Fran, a young European lady staff who assisted us. I will always stay here in Osaka. The park behind hotel is also beautiful at night.

Fantastic location! We wrote the email to hotel check how to go there, the email that replied by their staff really helps a lot! When you take the escalator reach the second floor, you will see Marriott hotel in front of you. Don’t worry, Hotel trusty just 1 min away. pls refer the the second photo there is a red circle. You can easily find the hotel as long as you follow the instructions that they shared. From here, you can go Nara park with Yamatoji line, Shisaibashi with Midosuji Line etc… Will definitely book this hotel again!!

Ho soggiornato nel ”New World Wine Communications Hotel” aperto il 26 marzo 2020 a gennaio 922.Meno di due anni, in questo periodo, pochi ospiti e la stanza era pulita.Due letti sono vicini come gemelli di Hollywood.Il letto fa sentire la stanza molto piccola.Nessuna guancia. C'è una tavola di latte e due scarpe.Ho tutto quello che ho bisogno.La qualità e la quantità della cucina giapponese per la colazione non sono buone.

The hotel name is listed outside in English, just have to look up. Check in was on 2F (second floor). Friendly front staff. We had a twin room (two large single beds), small as expected, clean, small bathroom but everything we needed. The room had a kettle, fridge, TV, phone, pajamas, hangers, hair dryer with microwave and pants press just down the hall. Coffee, tea and other amenities could be picked up near the front desk. Small but functional desk with chair and enough room to work on laptop and use a mouse. We had a view out to the main road and the curtains did a fine job making it dark enough for us to sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very enjoyable and tasty served in a separate breakfast room down the hall from reception. Breakfast was a large variety of Japanese items that we were unfamiliar with but tasted just about all of them, along with rice, soup, coffee, teas and water. The second day, many dishes had changed which were tasty also. We enjoyed the authentic Japanese buffet breakfast immensely, a great chance to taste some of their interesting food culture. Many restaurants and shopping within a few blocks and there is a 7-11 and Don Quijote that are nearby. It is also near the subway and JR Tennoji Station. We would have no problem staying here again if in the area, nice efficient hotel.

Maybe the smallest room that we had with no fridge and a very small bathroom even for Japanese standards. Most of the staff were great except for one older woman who was rude when checking in. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the tower, too.

The location is good, from the airport take the nankai express train directly to the shin-imamiya station and walk 5 mins to hotel. Surrounding with many restaurants and donquito. Although the room is a bit small but it’s clean. Air-condition is good. They change towels everyday by putting new towels in the bag at the room doorknob. But they clean the room for you every 3 days (not daily) I stay 7 days 6 nights there (they clean on the 4th day) but it’s ok for me. By overall I am happy with this hotel. It’s non-smoking hotel which I love it very much. ❤️ They have ice machines on some floors too. Great hotel with good rate.
