Hotel a Osaka, Fukushima-ku

Very clean (I have high cleanliness standards) and new. Appreciate the many amenities, many thoughtful, some unique and even never see before in hotel! Very useful that even have microwave, self-service laundry, drinks vending machine. Requested for quiet room and it was quiet, which I really appreciate. Very comfortable stay! Arigato!! Concierge staff generally friendly and helpful, except the one (I think not Japanese) who helped translate to Chinese (Japanese staff had difficulty explaining in English and I could speak Chinese). Rude, sarcastic, inpatient, not understanding to medical condition. Really a shame. Also, the rules for housekeeping a bit weird and confusing. Else would be near perfect!

Conveniente per i viaggiatori, poiché l'hotel si trova a 50 metri dalla stazione JR Fukushima e a 200 metri dalla stazione metropolitana non JR Hanshin Fukushima. Molti piccoli ristoranti e posti da mangiare nelle vicinanze sono più economici di quelli che mangiano all'hotel al primo piano. La ricezione per l'ingresso/uscita è al secondo piano.La nostra camera con letto regine è piccola ma accessibile con uso creativo dello spazio (per esempio, bagagli possono essere immagazzinati sotto il letto). Uno dei punti è che il tappo acqua fuori dal bagno non viene con acqua calda che è importante in inverno.

- ทำเลดีมากใกล้สถานีรถไฟ JR และ รถไฟใต้ดิน อยู่ตรงแยกไฟแดงเลยครับ เดินทางสะดวกมาก มีร้านอาหารใกล้เคียงเยอะด้วยครับ นั่งรถไฟ JR ไปลง USJ แค่ 2 สถานี เพียง 15 นาทีถึงเลยครับ (แค่อาจจะไกลจากย่านท่องเที่ยวไฮไลท์ อย่างเช่น dotonbori,shinsaibashi, ป้ายกูลิโกะยอดฮิตก็ตาม แต่นั่งรถไฟไม่เกิน 25 นาทีถึงจ้าา) - อาหารเช้าไม่เยอะมากแต่มีครบ 5 หมู่ อร่อยดีใช้ได้ ให้ 8/10 เป็นแบบบุฟเฟ่ แต่ราคาห้องขนาดนี้ มีอาหารเช้าให้ก็โอแล้วป่ะ☺️👌 - ห้องสะอาดมากครับ เราอาจจะโชคดีมั้ง แต่ไม่มีฝุ่นในห้องเลย ห้องน้ำไม่มีกลิ่นอับเลย ห้องค่อนข้างกว้าง สำหรับราคานี้ วางกระเป๋าได้ 2-3 ใบ กางกระเป๋าออก ยังไม่แน่นมากครับ ไปญี่ปุ่นมา 9 วัน พัก 3 โรงแรม โรงแรมนี้ถูกสุด ใหญ่สุด แถมมีอาหารเช้าให้😁🤘 - สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบครัน ตามแบบฉบับโรงแรมญี่ปุ่นครับ มีอ่างอาบน้ำทุกห้อง ในห้องมีโต๊ะแยกและเก้าอี้ 2 ตัว นั่งสบายๆไม่อึดอัด ในตัวโรงแรมก็มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้า น้ำแข็งฟรี น้ำดื่มฟรี ร้อน/เย็น มาบริการตนเองตรงล็อบบี้เลยครับ ตู้กดน้ำและแอลล์กอฮอลชิวๆ ถ้าดึกแล้วเสบียงหมดขี้เกียจเดินไปซื้อข้างนอก ปล.อาจจะไม่ได้หรูหรา มีออนเซ็นนู้นนี่นั่น แต่ก็ตามเรทราคานี้ผมว่าเหมาะสมและคุ้มค่าแล้วครับ ดอกไม้หน้าโรงแรมสวยมาก🥰

E'molto conveniente da una stazione della metropolitana, principalmente per andare all'aeroporto il giorno dopo. Sembra che l'aeroporto scelga l'hotel in futuro. Ci sono molte cose da mangiare intorno, e sono andato a Meida per fare un po'di cucina. Il bagno dell'hotel sembra contenere acqua calda e calda, il bagno è anche molto comodo e il sonno è molto comodo.

This is a relatively new hotel in Shin-umeda area, the closest station is JR Fukushima station, while Umeda/Osaka station itself requires 20+ minutes walking. For the room is what you would expected from Moxy with everything you need and nothing you may don't want. The room is quite small but still big for Japanese standard. The good part is they have plenty of public communal area, as usual for Moxy hotels. But my major concern is the quality of service, which I could classified as one of the worst service I ever got from my over a decade travel back and forth to Japan, even when compared with other Moxy in Japan and even cheap Japanese business hotels. Normally what you can expect from Japanese hotel is their precision and informative. While most cheaper hotels may not go above and beyond in service, but they always get everything fundamentals right. They always be clear with you on what you can get and what you can't, at what time and which circumstances. However at Moxy Shin-umeda, non of those applies. During my check-in the font desk staff (where I found out later that he is in the 'supervisor' level) failed to inform me many crucial information like coffee machine service, housekeeping schedule, elite discount benefits or hotel laundry/gym facilities. I have to, by myself, discover each of those by myself during my 5-night stay one-by-one. Therefore missed many opportunities that I could make most of those facilities they may have, and in some case disturbing my work schedule. There're two more services issues in my concern. First is about F&B service where they decided to serve dessert with ice cream before udon, forcing me to eat ice cream before my main is it will melt. Secondly they didn't change my linens on my fourth day of the stay, arguing that I didn't put the change-linen sheet on the bed. While this could be my fault, I still find it very gross that their policy is to not change a linen, even after four nights, unless guest specifically asked to. (In my experiences most hotel will change linen every three nights regardless.) At first I decided not to write this review, however I just had another stay and stumbled upon another issue. So I decided that I should write this.

Ottimo hotel di design moderno. Il personale parla inglese e giapponese. La posizione è eccellente. Vicino a shinbashi e dodotenburi. Mi piace questo hotel 8.5/10. Hotel sicuro. L'hotel è meglio con la sua posizione. Ci sono ancora spazio per migliorare. Prenoterò di nuovo quando torno a Osaka. Anche vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Sono felice di prenotare questo hotel. Il disavanzo è che questo hotel non sembra grande e lussuoso

I stayed here recently during my 5 days and 4 nights stay in Osaka and i had a great time. First and foremost, the location was superb! It’s accessible as it’s an interchange with so many different lines available. We took the nankai express train from Kansai internation airport to namba and its just around 3min walk to this hotel. Walking distance to dotonbori and the shopping district! The staff were so nice when we checked in and he was fluent in English! They also gave us free breakfast and i think they also upgraded us coz i booked the room without bathtub but we got a nice bathtub where u can soak your sore muscles after a full day of walk! The room spacious and its safe as aside from access card, it got 2 other secured lock as well. Btw, a family mart is just right outside the hotel as well and 3 other restaurants! So overall, i really enjoyed my stay here! So would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit osaka😊
