The hotel was in an excellent area, around 2 mins walk from the main Shinsaibashi shopping thoroughfare leading to Dotonburi, and right next door to Family Mart for all your needs. The room was compact, but that’s to be expected with Japan, and with some careful arranging we managed to open 2x large suitcases in the space. Plenty of amenities even including skin care from POLA! Would definitely stay again for Osaka.

During my recent visit to Osaka, I had the pleasure of staying at Koko Hotel in the vibrant Shinsaibashi district. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and stylish ambiance. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the high-quality toiletries provided.
One of the highlights of staying at Koko Hotel is its fantastic location. Situated just a short walk from Shinsaibashi Station, it was incredibly convenient to access major attractions such as Dotonbori, Namba, and Osaka Castle. The hotel room is nice. Big enough for 1 big luggage and 2 small suitcases. Hotel staff is helpful. Amenities are provided at lobby. They even have a luggage weight which is very convenient for luggage packing. Very close to convenience stores and food stalls.

We booked for 5 days in this hotels, locationwise is very convinience near to shinsaibashi-suji shopping area and also shinsaibashi metro station. The room is quite nice but toilet sometime have a smell and also the toilet lid it always closed and touch your back whenever you are doing some business. On the last day the staff is quite rude when we asking for late check out for 30min to 1 hours and asked us to pay and even not pay attention to us when she talk. Overall is quite nice to stay!

For cleaning, the cleaning staff threw our pajamas to the chair or our suitcase. We live 3 days, the pajamas were thrown to different place without folding.
