La posizione è piuttosto buona. Al di là dell'Umeda Sky Building è così facile da trovare. Tuttavia è un passo 5-10 min al grande negozio di dipartimento, ma la passo è ok. Ci è un servizio di autobus di shuttle che lo rende molto bello anche. La stanza è molto grande e naturalmente tutto era bello e pulito. Il colazione era fantastico! Mi piace l'hotel e mi fermerò di nuovo!

Solo una grande esperienza in ogni senso. La nostra camera era alta con una splendida vista sulla città. Lino e mobili sono eccellenti. Il personale non poteva essere più bello e più utile. La palestra è alta e la piscina è enorme con un tubo caldo. Ci sono tre ristoranti molto, molto buoni. I prezzi sono in alto, ma in questo caso si ottiene quello che paga. E un grido speciale a Simon Finch, il responsabile delle relazioni. Ci incontrò alla porta e mentre aspettavamo la nostra stanza ci diede una visita di servizio, sembrava sempre lì quando avevamo una domanda o dovevamo aiutarci. A causa della nostra esperienza qui, insieme all'attenzione di Simon, sto ufficialmente passando le accuse da Hyatt al Ritz.

Disfruttiamo il nostro soggiorno 3-night. Umeda è un hub di trasporto e abbiamo preso il treno super veloce da Kyoto (solo 45 minuti) e la uscita della stazione è vicino a questo hotel. L'hotel 5-star è alto, molto pulito, elegantemente decorato e spazioso. La stanza all'interno è eccellente in ogni aspetto. Avevamo una vista meravigliosa e aperta che guardava la città e la grande ruota. Ci sono diversi ristoranti o altrimenti molte opzioni da mangiare nel quartiere.Abbiamo provato il pranzo tutto-tutto-possiate-mangiare che è bello. Personale ok, inglese non molto buono però. L'hotel è così gentile e generoso per dare un piccolo gruppo di fiori al mio compleanno 💐 Il prezzo è anche inaspettatamente buono, circa USD205 per notte per la nostra camera tripla e il nostro soggiorno è durante le vacanze di Pasqua! In generale, raccomandato con esitazione.

Love the comfortable, homey vibes at this hotel located ~10 mins walk away from Osaka station. There’s a family mart 1 min away. Overall, I would say it’s quite a convenient location. Lobby is designed very well. Complementary tea/ coffee are available. I love sitting outside at their small terrace at night. Hotel is new, so everything feels very clean. Only suggestion is to upgrade the room if you have more than 1 person. Our regular room is quite small and is better fitted for one person use. Bathroom is see through (there’s a sliding curtain, but it doesn’t cover everything as seen from my photo. ) so may need to reconsider if you’re sharing a room with your friend.

Perché andrò a Kyoto la mattina dopo, quindi prenoterò una famiglia.La stanza è davvero piccola, ha scelto il tipo di camera più grande, ma per essere sinceri, va bene vivere una persona, e due persone vivono un po'sciocca. Ok, il conducente di bus è un po'senza parole. All'inizio, gli ospiti hanno lasciato che si trasferissero i bagagli per Li Li. Non sono abituati a lui quando sono usciti dall'autobus.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed given the reasonable price. Location is wonderful. A mere five minute walk from the Umeda ＜-＞ Kansai airport limousine terminal, surrounded by drug and beauty stores, electronics stores, Pokemon centre, Rilakumma (san-x) store, Disney store, all within 15 mins walking distance. Room is very well-maintained. Clean, I mean shiny clean every corner. I pay a lot of attention to the bathroom, mirror and the tub as it tells a lot about the hosuekeeping. This housekeeping here is excellent. It’s literally dustless even around the corner of the tables and the shelves in the bathroom. And as you can see, we even have an air purifier inside the room and it is very assuring. I left a request asking for slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste for kids and they were already in the room when I check-in. Though it was a Twins room that I booked, they attended to the details and prepared extra towels in the bathroom without me asking as they know we’re actually staying with 2 adults and 2 kids. Other amenities were self-served in the lobby, I grabbed what I needed and it was pretty rare that hotels offer individually packed hair wax which impressed me tremendously. Will Definitely choose this hotel again and I highly recommend it to others who are staying in Umeda Osaka. P.S. I didn’t have time to try to buffet breakfast but the small cafe at the lobby is great too.

Very clean (I have high cleanliness standards) and new. Appreciate the many amenities, many thoughtful, some unique and even never see before in hotel! Very useful that even have microwave, self-service laundry, drinks vending machine. Requested for quiet room and it was quiet, which I really appreciate. Very comfortable stay! Arigato!! Concierge staff generally friendly and helpful, except the one (I think not Japanese) who helped translate to Chinese (Japanese staff had difficulty explaining in English and I could speak Chinese). Rude, sarcastic, inpatient, not understanding to medical condition. Really a shame. Also, the rules for housekeeping a bit weird and confusing. Else would be near perfect!

Mi aspettavo di rimanere qui per lavoro + gioco e mi è sembrata una terribile esperienza. Fino all'ultimo giorno ero a posto con la sala minimalista compatta che non aveva basicamente spazio di magazzinaggio / chiusura e nessun posto da sedere, ma dopo aver incontrato il personale di confronto al check out non rimarrò mai più qui - e consigliere i colleghi Marriott Un membro del personale era chiaramente inconsapevole dei benefici disponibili per i membri e mi ha persino argomentato mentre cercavo di parlare con un altro membro del personale. La zona sociale del lobby è stata probabilmente la cosa più grande di questa proprietà, ma sembrava che ci fossero molte persone casuali che si appesantivano solo per il ristorante e non erano ospiti dell'hotel. La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione di Fukushima, ma non molto lontana neanche, anche se non sarebbe un grande passo in pioggia. 1000 - 2000 yen taxi da e verso le stazioni di Umeda / Osaka a seconda di dove vai. Grazie a me ho fatto una prenotazione alla mia proprietà di Osaka, la corte Shin, per il resto del mio viaggio e sono stati grandi come al solito. Evitare questa proprietà come immagino che qualsiasi altro proprietà di gruppo Marriott a Osaka sarà meglio.

Sopra la fotocamera Yodobashi sul lato Grand Front? L'hotel si trova. La visita è fantastica! Ed è molto bello. Le camere sono piccole ma molto carine. L'unico rammarico è che uso un asciugacapelli e il vento è molto debole. Se puoi solo migliorare qui, non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Nella hall è disponibile un servizio gratuito di caffè e tè. Penso che ci siano anche coppie.

La navetta aeroportuale Herbis Kansai era a 5 minuti a piedi, quindi è stato fantastico per un'ultima notte. Stazione Jr. di Osaka. Era comodo perché era vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. Invece, non c'è nessun minimarket accanto. Famiglia che torna dalla metropolitana. Dopo essere uscito vicino a Roshon e aver acquistato qualcosa, Ho camminato per 5 minuti fino all'hotel. Ero preoccupato perché c'era una recensione che diceva che era vicino a una strada ferroviaria, ma non riuscivo a sentire affatto il treno perché la porta era chiusa. Prima di tutto, la posizione è ottima. Ha un'atmosfera classica, che lo fa sentire come un vecchio hotel europeo.

Questa è la mia 2a soggiorno in questo hotel quest'anno. Ero piuttosto deluso con il soggiorno quest'ora. Ho prenotato 3 camere per una famiglia di 6. Camera 1-3: Le camere erano molto calde nonostante l'accensione. Camera 2: Il bagno è stato scioccato e la doccia è stata riccata con un odore cattivo. Camera 3: La stanza era stanca. Sapevo che le camere dell'hotel erano completamente prenotate, quindi ci siamo limitati a soddisfare la condizione, perché saremo fuori per la maggior parte del tempo, quindi non ha chiesto di cambiare le camere. Ho capito dal personale del servizio frontale che le nostre camere sono camere di piano ecologico e non ci sarà un sistema di manutenzione quotidiana che è stato bello, tranne che si provvederanno puliti asciugamani e acqua ogni giorno durante il nostro soggiorno. Tuttavia, ci sono stati 2 giorni senza acqua complimentare, ma questo hotel ha una posizione molto strategica con trasporto, shopping e trasferimento aeroportuale in un luogo che attrae persone per soggiornare. Spero che l'hotel possa fare qualche riabilitazione nelle camere se c'è un'opportunità.

Hotel I want to go back to Osaka! 1.E'cosi' bello portare una borsa di tè di corrispondenza nel lobby dell'hotel e bere tè verde freddo in tazze di ghiaccio. Bevi due bicchieri ogni giorno con mio figlio. Dal settimo piano a ogni piano, ci sono tazze e macchine per la bandatura di ghiaccio. 2. Anche il colazione può essere mangiato in cambio di New Hankyu Hotel ^^ (3 minuti dall'Hotel New Hankyu) 3. Prossimità conveniente: l'aeroporto è vicino alla stazione Umeda, conveniente per andare a Kyoto e Kobe da Hankyu Line 4. Disponibile di magazzinaggio del vettore. Puoi lasciare il vettore su un lato del lobby dell'hotel e visitarlo tardi. Non devi notare perché stai chiudendo il vettore e mettendolo fuori tempo. Nel giorno finale di 4 giorni e 3 notti, ho lasciato la valigia e sono andato in giro, ho portato un sacchetto di tè corrispondente nel lobby dell’hotel, sono andato al settimo piano, ho riempito la tazza di ghiaccio e ho seduto sul sedile del lobby mentre bevevo tè verde.

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room during Autumn. Good size comparing to many other hotels of this rate, enough space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. Love the location, easy to find the hotel from train station, it’s just above Daimaru and many excellent restaurants within 10 mins walk. It’s fabulous to get back to my room for a short break between shopping. Nothing is better than staying directly above the station for train travelers. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Se è auto-conduzione, il percorso è 10 punti conveniente.  Se non è auto-conduzione, si consiglia di lavorare duramente sulla strada o di cambiare la macchina di tre o quattro. Le strutture sono anche molto convenienti. Ci sono un supermercato per 56 minuti a piedi. Ci sono anche un buon cibo per la barbecue vicino al supermercato (grafico 1 ) ,  c'è un negozio di lavastoviglie vicino a . Le strutture della stanza sono molto buone. Le strutture sottostanti sono anche molto convenienti con una stanza di fumo e una lavastoviglie e una cucina.
