Location: very near to the metro and a supermarket inside Kuromon Market. You can get most of the groceries including fresh sushi there. Service: superb, the staffs are friendly and polite. My fridge in my room spoiled at 12 am and the staff replaced it with a new one after 20 minutes! Amenities: the hotel provides most of amenities except body cream, but you can get it from drugstore nearby. Love their hair dryer and showerhead 🤩 Price: Most of the affordable I could find in that area! Summary: will definitely come back here if I am in Osaka

The place is spacious and the bathroom is incredibly large. It was clean and quiet. It is close to Nipponbashi station, and take around 10 mins walk to Namba station. The staff are nice and friendly. I will consider the same hotel again in the future.

The room amenities are nice but you have to bring the adapter if your electric equipment has the round type. The hotel only provided 2 bottles of water when we check in even though I stayed for 3 nights. No cleaning service in between nights. The window above the bed is small and has light shine on your face in the morning, if you are bothered by that you have to bring eye cover. The location is very convenient very close to the market.

Very good location. Near to many subway lines and Namba station. I think the hotel can do away with the breakfast and charge a little lower:)

Perfect little spot. Honestly, the only gripe I have is that you need to ring the doorbell at night, that is, before you get your card.

Location of this spot is really good. Walking distance to lots of the tourist spots and convenient access to the metro station. The hotel has an all the basic amenities you need. Enough space to open two luggages is a bonus.

Enjoyed the stay at Kuromon crystal hotel. Stayed for a little off 7 days, even though we didnt request for any room cleaning service, the staff were very accommodating and professional. The location was just perfect where we were 2 mins away from kuromon market and shopping streets. 👍🏼 definitely worth the money

Location is close to Kuromon Market and walking distance to Dotonbori. Overall pleasant stay.

After a day of sightseeing, I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage, which was the perfect way to unwind. Lastly, I must mention the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, from arranging transportation to recommending local hidden gems. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I highly recommend Kuromon Crystal Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return on my next trip.
