Hotel is situated within walking distance of KTCC Mall and towards the beach. Easy access for food and purchase. Downside is the hotel and room is quite old. Floorings are not in good condition. Room entry door is damaged and required to open manually with key which require some techniques. Window is there but the view of the sea is restricted by the wall panel installed. Lift is quite scarry by the way it opens and close.

Good budget hotel, nice place to say for short trip. Bed comfy and room quite spacious. But water pressure not that good and heater took long time to warm. There's no coway here or free bottled water

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Hotel Ming for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Me and my family enjoyed staying there. Very clean hotel. They have their own parking area. Quite large. This hotel is superb in its class.

Comfortable, location is great! Everything in walking distance and so near to the beach too! Check-in & out process were just as smooth.

It is nice and worth the price

Nice location, super clean room and super helpful staff! Have dedicated parking at the back of the building. No breakfast but have plenty of restaurants to grab. Near to self-help laundry too!

Great location. Convenient for lunch & dinner.

The toilet bowl need to be cleaned up more. Overall was okay, late check in due the late room preparation.
