Since I am a positive person 😊 I will start with the good. The room was small but okay for the price. The bath was newly renovated and the beds were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the immediate surroundings were quite scary, with trash piled up and abandoned shops and restaurants. Then the hotel parking lot was full of people (I would guess around 50 persons) that did not speak French and they were yelling to each other, car engines were running for no good reason, and kids were screaming until midnight. I have no idea if they were staying at the hotel or not but for most travelers this is quite unpleasant. In my opinion this must be fixed.
