Great location with reasonable price! Walking distance to kula cakes and warta kopi

Book a room for 2. The room was clean and roomy with 2 single beds and still have plenty of space to pray. There's hairdryer inside the room. Water dispenser and iron board is available on the hotel coridor. Plenty of parking spaces : public ones in front of the hotel (need to pay) and parking area for hotel guest (free)at the back. Location is tip top! (Our view from the parking place)

Staying at Hotel Sentral Kuantan for the first time was a delightful experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to attractions and eateries. However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Location wise is great as you can do some walking to sight seeing. Kuantan tower is just beside. Room is spacious.

Room is spacious, clean & new. However when requested extra pillows, i was told it is chargeable at rm10 per pillow. Wow!! I just went to Mr Diy and bought a softpillow myself. Bfast was just ok. No egg station 😒 next time will just book without bfast. Can go eat at nearby cafes

The Location of the Hotel is Super Convenient. Walking Distance to Kuantan 188 Tower, Art Streets and Night Markets. However, surrounding a bit run down but have lots of Parking. Cleaniness of the Hotel need more improvement and Renovation is Needed. Sound Proof for the Room is pretty bad. All items in Hotel Room is Old but still usable. Luckily Two Night was calm and peace, we sleep very well. Services is Good and have lots of Parking Behind Hotel. Suitable for Business Trip. Overall its still a Nice Stay. Not too bad.

Service good, food for breakfast all good, l can see many people all most full went l and my family eat breakfast at the hotel Next time l and my family will stay here again

So run down. In photos shown wooden flooring, but during my stay dapat bilik with carpet flooring. The carpet are so dirty and old, leaking aircond etc.. however trip.com helps me with the complaint! TQ. But the hotel location was very strategic at the city and famous restaurant/places

Staff at counter is very rude, acting like a diva. No courtesy to please the guest.
