Decided to stay at this hotel for a night. The seconds you step out of the hotel, you can find many cafes and eateries. The room (Premier Deluxe King) is big with window facing the river with the big Kuantan sign. It was lovely. The room is exactly as advertised. Will stay again for a short stay.

Hotel location is top notch. Easy to access halal food and many cafes around. Great that it has free parking too. However, cleanliness is average. The towels have lots of stain marks. The floor feels sandy (no carpet in the room). Breakfast not bad actually, has quite varieties of food. Iron board is outside the room (very well used, looks kinda old). But overall, a decent hotel for low cost stay.

Overall, Sentral Hotel Kuantan is a decent option for a short stay, especially for its location and affordability, but improvements in noise control and cleanliness would enhance the experience.

For this price, one would expect basic cleanliness. But the toilet seat with hair and what look like poop stains were shocking. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk. It wasn't clean until the second day. The stains were still there after cleaning. Why not just change the entire seat cover?

The location is good. The food is OK. The room cleanliness is average. The service is good.

Book a room for 2. The room was clean and roomy with 2 single beds and still have plenty of space to pray. There's hairdryer inside the room. Water dispenser and iron board is available on the hotel coridor. Plenty of parking spaces : public ones in front of the hotel (need to pay) and parking area for hotel guest (free)at the back. Location is tip top! (Our view from the parking place)

However, I was a bit disappointed as the room didn’t have a window, which made it feel a little enclosed. Despite this, the private parking facilities and overall service made up for it. It’s still a great choice for anyone visiting Kuantan, whether for business or leisure, offering good value for money.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Location wise is great as you can do some walking to sight seeing. Kuantan tower is just beside. Room is spacious.

Room is spacious, clean & new. However when requested extra pillows, i was told it is chargeable at rm10 per pillow. Wow!! I just went to Mr Diy and bought a softpillow myself. Bfast was just ok. No egg station 😒 next time will just book without bfast. Can go eat at nearby cafes

the location is very strategic which it is so close to the menara 188 and the river bank..also taman kerang is just across the building..just that if there is a traffice ligt with zebra crossing, it will be much safer to get across
