Hotel a 3 stelle a Orlando

La prima camera che abbiamo avuto, aveva un odore di muffa, hanno cambiato la nostra camera senza problemi. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Mi è piaciuta di più la piscina considerando il prezzo e la posizione ci tornerei, tutto ciò di cui avevi bisogno era proprio lì.. Vorrei ringraziare il personale per aver reso il soggiorno piacevole.

Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. My family is grateful for our Orlando experience at Crowne Plaza.

Questa è la mia prima volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel e è stato assolutamente meraviglioso. Il personale era molto amichevole. La stanza era estremamente pulita e ben assemblata. Certamente prenoterò qui di nuovo!

La famiglia di quattro ha bisogno di un posto conveniente per stare vicino a Disney Springs, che era amico degli animali. Hanno offerto flessibilità per controllare in anticipo e lasciare tardi (anche se non ne avessimo bisogno). Abbiamo usato la piscina qualche volta, e ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze e ha avuto le attività familiari orari durante l'après-migliore. La stanza era di buona dimensione, e anche se il sedile non a letto era limitato, apprezziamo avere un buon hotel frigo, una microonde e un complimentare k-cup. Oltre a essere vicino a Disney Springs (in meno di 10 minuti di auto anche in traffico), c'è stato un Chick Fil A lungo la strada e un solido ristorante portoricano molto vicino. Non abbiamo usato le api di Apple sul sito, anche se sembra che i bambini mangiano gratis per ogni pasto. È un Publix meno di dieci minuti di distanza se avete bisogno di qualche altro.

Soggiorno combinato con visita degli Universal Studio. Possibilità di transfer da e per aeroporto di Orlando (Mears Connection, si può prenotare anche direttamente in aeroporto specificando andata e ritorno). Per il viaggio di ritorno l'orario verrà concordato in base all'orario del volo. Hotel nuovissimo, tematizzato stile marittimo/serf (colori pastello prevalenza azzurro). Personale cordiale, disponibile. Presente un banco con personale del parco Universal per informazioni, biglietti, prenotazioni, pass, ritiro sconti ecc. Servizi: Starbucks interno, negozio gadget Universal, piscina estera riscaldata (aperta fino alle 23), area gioco bimbi con sabbia, palestra, bar a bordo piscina, ristorante self service che serve tutti i pasti (7:00-23:00) con cucina internazionale (pizza, pasta, hamburger, tacos, cotolette, insalatone...), punto vendita di bevande, alimentari confezionati, frutta e gelati, lavanderia. Possibilità di ordinare la cena e ricerla direttamente in camera. Camere molto spaziose, ben colorate con finestra a vetrata, bagno molto ampio con doccia spaziosa, tv internazione, telefono, minibar, poltrona, letti matrimoniali alla francese, aria condizionata funzionante e regolabile. Ho apprezzato la presenza di fontanelle per riempire le borracce dislocate in vari punti dell'hotel. Presenza di navetta gratuita, senza necessità di prenotazione, che in 5 minuti porta all'ingresso degli Universal (dalla mattina prima dell'apertura fino a tarda sera).

It is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the ”motel style” where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

The hotel was super clean and updated. Front staff was very friendly and it was quiet and we slept great. We came for Howl O Scream at Seaworld and expected there to be a shuttle available. They only had a shuttle for 30 minutes free after the event started so we ended up driving to a Seaworld and paying $30 to park as well as paying the fee to park at the hotel. They say it’s a 10 minute walk that is a lie and there is no good way to get there on foot. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle service especially when you are a Seaworld preferred hotel. The breakfast was so busy and unorganized, we had to wait for everything, they ran out of yogurt they ran out of eggs twice before we got to it. It was just not very good overall in my opinion. Not a lot of selection either. Overall good trip but beware they only have morning shuttle services to Seaworld

Ramada, was a great experience in our 1 week stay. Good quality, great staff, good pricing and awesome service. Ramada used top notch brands which was amazing to see since it’s rear when you find a hotel with quality brands. The breakfast was really good. Front desk Mary was very helpful when it came to needing help at night time. House keeping were very respectful, and friendly. When we needed things to restock our room they had it ready for us. Some elevators had buttons covered with tape. That was the only downfall. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Ramada. Definitely recommend it, as long as customers coming in with dignity and respect.

Stayed here for EDC Orlando! Never been to EDC Orlando nor been to Orlando. To be honest, I did not feel safe with all that has been written into law by the Gov. Ron DeSantis which is being a retired naval officer that should never been the case. Regardless, I champion and went to my first EDC with my friends who are very knowledgeable in HOUSE MUSIC. Which I in my youth did not truly get to explore. The hotel was great and allowed my a friend who arrived a day early check into my hotel. I was delayed due to sharp pain triggering from a hit and run while riding my bike to my workout. This caused me to miss my first flight which my champion airline DELTA as usual got me to my destination. Anyway, the front desk was gracious and polite. Allowed my friend who flight was a day early check into my room without me being present. Also a disabled Naval Officer. I got the the hotel, checked in some laundry to the sleepy night audit, and went upstairs to rest. Another friend got in so the hotel let him up so they could rest till they could check into the Hilton around the corner. Hotel had been very kind. After resting we grabbed lunch and the guys went off to check-in their hotel. I took meds to deal with my pain which tamed from my rest and lunch. Called about the items I had laundered. Front Desk sent them up as I went to the first day of the festival. Got back and noticed some pieces were missing. The sleepy night audit could not locate anything. Called in the AM, the items were eventually found but stains everywhere. After a lot of back and forth nothing was done. Ruined a pair of $200 Hugo Boss Jeans, Savage Fenty Hoodie and pants, designer shirt plus more. Also, numerous times asked my room to be serviced. It never got cleaned and I was there for 4 days. It was uncomfortable nice I felt during my stay after mentioning the damaged items. The cleaners have done nothing and called them 5 or 6 times. DO NOT USE THEIR CLEANING SERVICE! IT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER USED EVER! I said on the Marriott experience I'd stay here again. I am in the air about that discussion.

Tudo certo. Check-in e Check-out rápidos e simples. Muito próximo aos Parques da Universal e várias lojas e restaurantes. Limpeza e atendimentos OK, toalhas trocadas diariamente. Voltaria a reservar aqui.
