Il servizio è buono e la reception cerca sempre di fornirci un buon servizio quando ne abbiamo bisogno. Il servizio navetta è buono. Ero un po' preoccupato prima del check-in leggendo le recensioni, ma è stato meglio del previsto. Abbiamo preso la navetta tutti i giorni e siamo sempre riusciti a prenderla. A volte gli autobus arrivavano più tardi, ma con solo pochi minuti di differenza. Un miglioramento potrebbe essere che le istruzioni per il servizio navetta fossero più chiare. È difficile trovare il punto di prelievo giusto a Disney Springs. La camera è vecchia, ma gli altri servizi sono buoni. La posizione è buona, molto vicina ai ristoranti.

La posizione era buona, non lontano da Disney World. Ci sono navette che partono direttamente per Disney World tutti i giorni. Mi piace il tipo di camera: quando apri la porta vedi l'esterno (non ci sono camere di fronte). Ho soggiornato per 5 notti e le pulizie venivano fatte ogni giorno.

Perfect location, the staff are incredible 👏, good service, all the time available. The restaurant buffet was excellent, we love the breakfast service, mickey's waffles are delicious. All amenities working, pool and splash very clean. We love the Rosen in lake buena Vista Hotel. Thanks

The hotel is overall very good. The services are prompt and friendly. The sound isolation is excellent. The only bad thing about it is that the facilities are a bit old and out of their peak condition. Some items are broken. I had a broken lamp when I checked in. Luckily, though, it was repaired within 15 minutes even at 10:30 in the night.

Shuttle bus schedule was given to us upon arrival. Not much availabilities, only one shuttle per day. We wanted to get to the parks early but there was no early shuttle. Otherwise, room was ok Pool looked clean Arcade room looked fun

The place has a good ambiance. The room is clean too. They don't have complimentary water for the guest.

It is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the "motel style" where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

This is the second time that I stayed here and the rooms are awesome comfortable beds beautifully laid out top notch for the price I must say I enjoyed all of it thank you

Excellent staff, rooms are clean but quite dated. The complex gets a renovation during our stay so maybe the rooms will be fresh renovated soon.

It was such a good hotel for the cost. We thought because we were so close to the Disney/Universal parks that it would be very expensive or poor quality, but this hotel was very cheap and very good all around.

We went to Disney world and the location was perfect. Great hotel with an amazing price. Will stay here again in the near future.

The room and the location is perfect for Disney traveller, the only disadvantage is the lighting is not bright enough.
