Really nice hotel booked purely for the express passes, Check in was slow and took about 40-45 minutes but all the staff were friendly and you couldn’t wish for a better location.

They don’t provide bottled water which is surprising considering the price of the rooms. The queue to check in was crazy long so buffer time.

Brilliant location, Brilliant staff nothing was too much and such a lovely garden in the middle of the lobby, Would stay again!

Great location and room was clean. The kids enjoyed watching a movie in the pool.

price is very very fantastic. I could use room key as express ticket. It was wonderful. Location was so close to universial studio that i could walked to go. When i was tired, i went to room and got some rest. Staffs were very kind. Pool was very nice. It has great view

Amazing hotel & staff

去三天游泳池都不能用衹有野鴨子能在裏面遊. 酒店設施不太行，房間一股腳臭味的地毯真的噁心. 就是影視城的快速通道很方便. 為了去影視城玩的話還是很好的選擇.

酒店最優秀的地方就是有快速通，express無需等待，輕鬆刷環球。酒店是屬於樂園酒店，坐船即可到達。酒店前台分配房間時候有點差強人意。但是還是要感謝攜程。出門在外，商家保駕護航很重要。以後出門繼續選擇攜程。

大堂在三樓，房間給的是一樓散發出黴味 枕頭床品質量都和價格不相符 服務和迪士尼的酒店差的不是一點 環球影城也非常糟糕，沒有煙花沒有巡遊火車也壞了很長時間。特快卡不好用基本上還是等候時間。而且營業時間短晚上七點就關門了，一天衹玩了六個項目。衹有門票奇貴兩大兩小一天的門票居然850美元！

快四千一晚的酒店太讓人失望了，累了一天沒有浴缸衹有淋浴你敢信？性價比超級差。又舊又維護的不好。電梯像上世紀九十年代的產物。被子有破洞…唯一的好處就是門卡代替環球影城快速通道…
