I servizi e l'alloggio per i membri della American Xpress, l'aggiornamento all'arrivo, il credito per il soggiorno e l'accesso alla sala, saremmo sicuramente tornati a questo hotel ... servizi meravigliosi amichevoli da parte di tutti i membri del personale, Abbiamo ricevuto eccellenti servizi da personale di spiaggia, squadra di supporto per il parcheggio auto, personale spa per il servizio in camera e tutta la squadra di front desk sono stati super amici e supportanti ... incredibile benvenuto caldo benvenuto per i membri di AMX, Anche i ristoranti sul sito erano fantastici ... e il “tempo del tè” nel soggiorno era solo meraviglioso ... compreso il personale ....di nuovo tornavamo in un battito di cuore a questo meraviglioso gem nascoste della Croazia! La stanza era super pulita, meraviglioso sforzo per renderci felici e speciali ...Molto consigliare questo hotel ...

This is a lovely hotel, clean rooms with good supply of hot water & easy to control air-con, clean pool, free pool towels and free safe (no deposit required), pleasant and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel kindly prepared us a packed breakfast one morning as we had booked an early trip. Also they were quite happy to provide us with an early morning call. Live music is provided several nights a week in the pool area and is good, and not overly loud. Poolside food is excellent and not too pricey. There are vending machines in the hotel so you can get cold drinks and snacks at any time, however they do appear to be a bit temperamental. I was concerned before I arrived after seeing some reports of construction work outside the hotel but in my opinion it has little impact on the hotel. The work is being carried out to the harbour road, so there is some disruption to the view of the boats and beyond from the hotel pool area. However in terms of noise, we experienced none during our stay other than a couple of lorries passing along the road. In terms of access, if you turn left outside the hotel gate, you can easily walk into the town on a well made road and footpath. If you turn right, it is rough underfoot and not suitable for high heeled shoes or pushchairs, but anyone wearing flat shoes and able-bodied is fine (but to be honest, there's little need to turn right). The buses run frequently into Old Dubrovnik (2 euros each way) and the bus stop is about a 10 mins amble up the hill on the roundabout (slightly less if you use the steps on the left after the hotel as it's a short cut). Plenty of restaurants up the hill and across the road to the pedestrian walkway to the beach. Lots of choice.

Cet établissement bénéficie d’une superbe situation en bord de mer avec des chambres ayant de très belles vues directement sur la mer. L’hôtel fait partie d’un immense complexe comprenant plusieurs hôtels et locations d’appartements avec de nombreuses petites piscines et plusieurs restaurants. Les chambres sont grandes et assez confortables sans pour autant pouvoir revendiquer un caractère très luxueux. En effet, à titre d’exemple les rideaux de la chambre étaient troués et le miroir grossissant de la salle de bains est très basique sans éclairage. Le plus gros défaut de cet établissement est lié à la qualité de service qui est très, très insuffisant. Le personnel est aimable mais probablement insuffisamment formé, vous n’êtes ainsi jamais accompagné à votre table au restaurant et les hommes sont servis avant les femmes,. Ce manque de qualité de services se voit beaucoup au petit déjeuner, c’est le pire endroit existant, une usine, un très grand self service où tous les clients des différents hôtels du complexe se retrouvent tous dans la promiscuité. Là encore, personne pour vous accompagner à table ou prendre votre commande, à vous de vous débrouiller et de vous servir dans cet immense self de cantine. Terminons par les restaurants du complexe, ce sont des restaurants de midi mais il leur manque la qualité de service, une carte un peu plus élaborée et un décor plus raffiné pour pouvoir prétendre vous accueillir à dîner comme un hôtel 5 étoiles devrait le faire. A ce titre il est préférable de se rendre dans les restaurants de l’hôtel MORE, un autre 5 étoiles à 5 mn de marche qui sont de bien meilleure qualité. Le roof top de l’un des hôtels du complexe Royal reste cependant sympathique pour boire un verre en observant le coucher du soleil. Au final cette superbe situation est un peu gâchée par le manque de raffinements de l’établissement, par le service déficient et par l’usine du petit déjeuner.

The Royal Palm is set a little outside the city alongside the coast in a complex of three other ‘royal’ hotels that provided a number of bars and restaurants to choose from throughout the day. This choice extends to the pools and gyms as well. Lovely well appointed and clean rooms. The en suite was well equipped and modern. Great sea views as well. The staff both in the restaurant and reception couldn’t have been more helpful. First time in Croatia. Lovely country, Dubrovnik city was really Beautiful. Most days busy from the cruise ships but its didn’t detract from the place.

L’hotel è bellissimo, la vista dalla hall è mozzafiato. Devo ammettere che mi è piaciuto molto questo hotel. Lo loderei per la sua etica, sostenibilità e tutta l'atmosfera. Mi è piaciuta molto la location e questa non è stata la prima volta a Dubrovnik per me, ma questa volta sono stata molto fortunata con l’alloggio. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e professionali. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e reattivo. La stanza calzava a pennello per quello di cui avevo bisogno durante il mio soggiorno nella città di Game Of Thrones. Una lode speciale agli asciugamani, perché sono grandi, bianchi, morbidi e profumati. Anche la biancheria da letto era impeccabile. La colazione a buffet mette a disposizione davvero di tutto, da prodotti senza glutine a frutta fresca di stagione. Consiglierei il soggiorno qui non solo a coloro che viaggiano per lavoro ma anche alle famiglie che vogliono farsi una vacanza con i fiocchi, serviti e riveriti.

Hotel fantastico. Tutti i membri del personale erano così utile e amichevole, niente era troppo difficile. Visione spettacolare dal balcone, soprattutto il sole. Veramente pulito e confortevole - molte toilette nel bagno - non c'è bisogno di portare nulla. Grande zona spa n il piano superiore - c'è anche un tubo caldo e letti solari sul tetto - non credo che nessuno lo sa, perché eravamo gli unici. La colazione era bella, se non c'è niente per voi - si deve essere super fussy. Abbondante, ben cucinato. Abbiamo anche mangiato nel ristorante della taverna, che era anche molto buono. Avevamo buon tempo per usare la zona della piscina, un sacco di letti solari. Si può anche nuotare in mare qui. Molto conveniente per esplorare Dubrovnik. È un fermo di autobus fuori dall'hotel che vi porta alla vecchia città ogni 20 minuti, anche molto economico. Taxi arrivano davvero veloce dall'hotel. Deve certamente camminare le pareti nella vecchia città. Car via cavo al top con vista spettacolare. Old Town è bella, molti negozi se ciò che si desidera fare. Non ha tempo per fare alcun viaggio, ma sicuramente tornerà a fare quelle. Abbiamo camminato molto, esplorando la zona locale, quindi se siete in cammino, sarete a posto. Mangiamo nella vecchia città - un ristorante consigliato Taj Mahal. ristorante bosniaco, delizioso cibo (non economico) ma perfetto per un pasto speciale. Sicuramente consiglia questo hotel e la zona. Ci sono state 3 notti sorprendenti - e vorremmo avere prenotato più a lungo.

Dovrebbe essere un hotel a quattro stelle. Il prezzo effettivo di soggiorno in autunno è molto alto.La camera è grande, le strutture sono complete, l'esperienza di alloggio è buona. Fornisce colazione gratuita ogni mattina, anche se la varietà non è ricca, ma può mangiare dolce, e ci sono frutta e bevande, e ci sono tutti i gusti soddisfatti. L'hotel è vicino al porto di una barca da pesca, c'è una certa distanza dai principali punti di attrazione, ma non è meno di mezz'ora per andare avanti. C'è un tratto lungo il mare sulla strada, il paesaggio è bellissimo.

Occupato durante l'estate, ma un buon soggiorno in generale. L'accesso alla spiaggia (a un hotel vicino) e una linea di autobus diretta alla città antica. Una bella pausa.

L'hotel moderno e pulito si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla marina. La stanza era ben progettata con un letto confortevole, anche se le mutandine erano un po' sul lato morbido per me. La macchina Nespresso per un caffè nella tua stanza era un bel toccamento. Il bagno era molto pulito, con una passeggiata nel doccia, ma gli unici bagni forniti erano una bottiglia di gel di doccia sgusciata e un distributore di sapone simile al bacino della mano. Un po 'di condizionatore, o lozione sarebbe stata bello. Il pranzo è un'auto-bush, con un frutto di selezione molto vario, cereali, formaggio, carne fredda, insieme alle uova, salsicce di bacon, ecc. Sarebbe felice di rimanere di nuovo lì
