Busy during the summer but a great stay overall. Easy beach access (at a nearby hotel) and a direct bus route to the old town. A nice break.

Hotel was very lovely, with all good amenities, and easy dining opportunities along with courteous and helpful staff.
My only small criticism, is that when B & B guests are on excursion trips, the breakfast boxes provided, should have less carbs and sugary treats and more protein such as nuts, pulses and eggs in them.

This property is excellent, staff are friendly. The only thing that disappointed me is my booking via website stated ocean view room(the most expensive rate) but I only received a site ocean view. Thus, I don’t have proof to show my booking

We had a wonderful week at the Lacroma, the pool(s) were great, the private beach nearby was the best we found in the area, the buffet breakfasts and dinners were a constant delight and all the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the entire hotel aeemed to have a perfect view of the incredible.sunsets. We definitely intend to return next time we visit Dubrovnik!

The Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik is situated on the Adriatic Sea. The view from our room of the sea was fantastic. The room itself was spacious and very clean. All staff were professional in their appearance and demeanor. The food was excellent and service first rate. You will enjoy this hotel!

Nice room with very nice view. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok, but the shower head was a disaster. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choises.

The room was nice and had a balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely with a great view, a bit noisy because of all the kids. The breakfast buffet was enormous with many yummy choices, however, parents let their children run and scream so it was more like Disneyland than a restaurant. The evening buffet was also vast with many choices. The evening buffet manager, Joseph, was so rude to me for asking a question that we almost left on the spot. We continued to watch him berate his staff as they physically shrunk if front of us. Warning, do not ask Joseph if they serve pasta. You will be sorry. The location to other restaurants and the bus line is perfect. If You you get a chance eat at hotel more, restaurant more, is absolutely amazing.
