Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Udhagamandalam

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Questa è la nostra seconda volta che siamo rimasti qui, ma non è così piacevole questa volta. La media dei cibi era E alcuni dei dipendenti non hanno prestato attenzione alle questioni della stanza come flash non funzionare al mattino ; chiedere di avere colazione durante il tempo di attesa ( che sembrava piacere un buon gesto Coz colazione era quasi finito e perché sprecare cibo ma più tardi chiedere di pagare ( che avrebbe dovuto essere informato in anticipo ) Spazio lavanderia comune non pulito

Attenzione cari viaggiatori nonostante il rate di questo hotel dapprima si è fatto pagare fuori canale booking adducendo strane giustificazione sulla sicurezza della pwd e sulle molte prenotazioni che aveva e poi una volta che mi sono presentato per il check in mi ha dato una camera che NON E' pubblicizzata su booking fuori dalla struttura in un edificio ancora in costruzione, con il tetto in lamiera non coibentata e raggiungibile attraverso una scala pericolosissima in ferro. Dopo avere presentato le mie dimostranze, in assenza del manager sono stato costretto ad andare in un altro hotel a mie spese. Ovviamente nè l'hotel nè tanto meno booking hanno risposto alle mie mail ! Non credete alle foto oche hanno pubblicato. Ad Ooty fa freddo !

Non vale la pena rimanere per le seguenti ragioni - non ottenere acqua calda. Se ti piace prendere il “bagno d’acqua calda” dopo essere venuto da viaggio, non puoi prenderlo perché dà acqua calda solo per tre ore in serata - hotel molto vecchio e non pulito, letti da letto, ruggine sono odore - personale brutto - si appende telefono su di te, Non sono disponibili al reception, sono in un'industria ospite o in un posto sbagliato, soprattutto il signor . Jei - gli strumenti telefonici non funzionano - l'acqua calda ha anche problemi di caldaia - non si ottiene canali TV e non sono disposti a sottoscrivere qualsiasi canale TV (molto piccola TV nelle stanze) - nessuna scarica nei bagni e la camera porta alle stanze diventano così odore - Abbiamo ordinato un letto extra e non hanno un piatto extra. Le danno una mattress dura in nome di letto extra - non prendere cabina dall'hotel per vedere la vista locale visto cabine sono ancora molto vecchie e non pulite con acqua fuga da auto AC - menu alimentare è abbastanza costoso dall'hotel - non sono condizionatori d'aria o fan in hotel e abbiamo trovato solo presto la mattina e la sera era fredda in Ooty in aprile-maggio - solo 1 stella è dato perché l'hotel è in buona posizione

One of the best resorts in Ooty. Before starting my detailed review, a very high level review - Ooty is a beautiful hill station, but in a highly commercialised hill station like Ooty, getting a panoramic & peaceful place is really challenging. In my past 2 visits I was staying in other resorts near Ooty lake where the view was though good but somehow I was missing the hill station feel. But this resort really made my trip enjoyable. Reached the resort around 5pm, our Valley view room was ready & in reception staffs were professional & friendly. Within a minute they completed our check in. Room : spacious & clean room ( geyser, room heater, kettle, mini fridge etc available). We booked for valley view room & view from the room was mesmerising. If they would have planned for a balcony in valley view room, that View : Ketty valley view was mesmerising, full of clouds and a wide variety of plantations. On day 2 we enjoyed the sunrise ( if you are staying here, don’t miss the sunrise view ). On day 3 it was full cloudy, a short morning walk in clouds with singing birds and beautiful flowers was super refreshing. Food : Now coming to the best part of our stay. A big shout out for Mr Ranjan ( the chef ). He personally was checking with all guests on dinner/ breakfast menu. On day 1 we ordered nonveg food which was really yummy. On 2nd day Mr Ranjan asked us what we want for dinner, we ordered veg food ( jeera rice, aloo jeera, mushroom 65, naan, dal fry , masala papad & raita ), he made the best veg food I have ever tried. Breakfast also lot of varieties. Mr Prem Kumar was really prompt in service hot food. We liked the vada & sambar on day 1, requested Mr Ranjan to repeat the same on day 2. ( juice, fruits, bread toast, egg omelette, boiled egg, upma, poha, aloo paratha, dosa, vada, idli, poori, aloo sabji, sambar , chutney etc ) I am not sure what else I missed in my review, but in short, my third trip I highly enjoyed because of this resort. Il personale era molto accogliente, le camere erano confortevoli, il cibo era grande e un servizio eccellente da parte del personale amichevole. Il bagno era pulito e il servizio di massa era molto buono. Il fuoco del campo e i giochi condotti erano divertenti. Un grande grido di ringraziamento a tutti in Derby Green.
