This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time
Food was average
And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like
flash not working in morning ;
requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly )
Common washroom area not cleaned

We are senior citizens over 64 years from Gujarat I came to Ooty to celebrate my wife birthday on 16 th September 2024 Monica guest relations Vijsy Anand Felicia Hotel Sullivan Fortune ITC Ooty Thanks so much for this wonderful holiday celebration we had We are sad to leave your hotel Everyone was so warm friendly loving we celebrated Pallavi birthday in style Lovely Jain food Jain fruit cake was prepared for us ITC team toasted us with alcohol free soda Lovely memories. They left us with We have decided now every year we are going to celebrate her birthday in a ITC property only , I am first time culinary ITC member it is the best hotel membership card Gives best value for money , Am going to recommend to all my friends to only enjoy ITC hospitality , Please ITC team keep up the warm tradition of treating your guests as family members , From the bottom of our hearts my wife and I thank you for this lovely amazing hospitality memory we shall never forget this birthday celebration holiday of ours Very Warm regards Padmak Pallavi shah Vadodara

My stay was Fabulous . I seriously appreciate the Hospitality . I love the concept of comlimentary evening tea. Love Staff hospitality specially security incharge ILANGO very nice person. Overall my stay was awesome love the property and location . Looking forward to visit again Thank you so much ❤️

Nice and comfortable stay, grand and gala breakfast ***** with superb room clearing activities. There is good service and horse riding was also seen. The food at pavilion restaurant was also superb. This property is near to city centre which is a boon to this place as we can easily complete the shopping and site seeing.

Stayed during the long weekend. Jotel was packed but Superb Experience. Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Buffet Experience for Breakfast and dinner was good with lot of choices.. very close to Rose garden. Hotel has a vintage feel. Only negative aspect was rooms didn't have a balcony (has a large window though).

Nice cozy property with warm and ever attentive staff. Special thanks to Mr Ilangovan (Security incharge) for taking good care of us during the late night walks and keeping us updated on Ooty and it's weather. Ex-military *** with a gentle smile ensured that the entire family had a nice stay.

Outstanding welcome from the GM Mr S Rajan, staff made us feel like part of their family and gave a wonderful support in every need of our visit. Thank you to chefs Raja and Rakesh, to Dinesh for accomodating all our requests. Thank you to all the staff including Preetivi, Shelly, Sharmila, Bala, Basuda. All the staff went above and beyond to please us. We were given hot breakfast packs the day we left early for a safari trip into the forest and staff took care of my sister and my mother who was unwell. Evenings were filled with piano performance and complimentary biscuits and drinks. We felt the warmth and charm of Ooty and its people and enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitively come back. We loved the unique design of the reception and rooms were very good. Highly recommendable hotel. Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly service. Nice and clean accomadations. Breataking views from the rooms. Due to the rainy weather we could not enjoy the bonfire in the garden. Location is great, ideally situated for visiting many sights in Ooty.

We had the most comfortable and relaxing stay with Fortune Sullivan.Special mention for Ms Shweta from front office.She ensured each and every request was accomodated and took personal care to ensure the stay was comfortable. I have a green thumb and this property was a visual treat to my eyes to see the beautiful lawns and gardens.I spent so much time admiring the beautiful flowers around .on my request ms Shweta arranged pvt your led by Mr Bastian of the kitchen garden.I would like to thankr Bastian and the garden ladies for the fresh produce And stem cutting s of few plants which would find a new home in Bangalore. Thanks to the whole staff for extra care .. special mention to the chef for the garlic mutton prepared in one of the dinner s..it was the yummiest we had in a while. I also felt relaxed during the spa session with Ms Then ,she had expert hands. Overall our family had the most pleasurable stay at Fortune.Thankyou Team .
