Onslow Apartments

I never like to review the negatives, all my hotel experiences so far have been positive, but I am going to be completely honest. At the start of my visit, the apartment looked great, almost new. But after a few days you tend to find all the bad bits, such as torn towels, damaged that has not been repaired and maintained. The smoke alarm is missing, one of the light switches is about ready to break off, paint is peeling in places, holes in the walls, the shower door doesn't close so water goes all over the floor in the bathroom. I could not find the drain for the floor, so the water pools and doesn't drain away leaving a smell. First night, the fire alarm went off, but nobody seemed to care. There are instructions in the room to reset the fire alarm, so I guess it happens quite often. They instruct you NOT to phone anybody to fix the alarm.
