Very very helpful staff. We had injury when we arrived here and stayed for 3 nights and the staff was very cooperative and helpful during this time of distress.

Il personale è molto gentile e attento.il cottage ha tutto. ha un grande riscaldamento nella sala, e un piccolo riscaldamento in ogni stanza e anche in bagno. cucina, si può solo ottenere qualche pasticceria nel supermercato e cucinarla da soli. Fornire forno, tazze, panino e caldaia. hanno anche preso in prestito la slitta gratuitamente, così i miei figli hanno attività di neve ogni mattina con neve nuova.

因到白馬滑雪半個月，想住有廚房的酒店，所以選擇這裡，每天開車到白馬雪場也不遠，唯獨車不能泊在屋前，要泊在外面的免費停車場，但在雪地拖行李回房間有點吃力！ 房間是沒太大問題，熱水夠的，房間有冷暖風機及暖爐，所以不覺冰冷，但不知為何睡房沒有房門，可能全屋只有一部冷氣機裝置在客廳及睡房中間吧？ 行政上有點混亂，詳情如下： 我訂的是Base 2，但入住時職員給我Base 1，我再問了一次確定是Base 1？職員答是的，我以為是酒店刻意安排亦沒有深究，但第二滑完雪回來發現大門貼了通告，內容是職員的錯誤給了我錯的房間，要我到前台，但卻沒有說明解決方法，到達前台後，與職員言語不通，他亦沒有表明想我轉房還是加錢或怎樣，只是道歉給我錯的房，我主動問他是否會有其他客人入住？否則我能否不搬？因我四個大行李的物品都已全部卸除，再收拾要很多時間，加上滑完一整天雪又未吃晚飯，實在太累，職員又支吾以對的不停按手機，但又不是用手機翻譯給我看，無言…最後糾纏了最少二十分鐘，我主動提出我搬回Base 2，佢卻只是不停說OKOK，我問他取Base 2鎖匙時又發呆問我為何？那你不給我鎖匙我怎入住？ 入住期間沒有任何清潔及打掃，連多天的垃圾也不會清理，這實在太不衛生；毛巾等物資亦沒有補給。

Non si può negare che l'edificio è molto vecchio, ma il servizio è molto buono, che è un ottimo alloggio. Sono molto soddisfatto del riso e il buffet è ricco di mattina e sera.Anche prima della fine del colazione, il cibo è stato adeguatamente integrato. Penso sia fantastico! Il bagno è molto grande, posso passare un tempo molto comodo! La vista della stanza è anche bella!

The room is well designed and it is perfect for family trip. Onsen is nice too, especially for the outside one. I love the food, the service, and the staff of the hotel, which will wipe all the tiredness gained from climbing Tateyama.

the location is a bit far from the bus station but it's good that shuttle bus service is provided free of charge, the best thing is the dinner set with more than 10 dishes and all are very delicious, the onsen is also very relaxing with both indoor and outdoor, all staffs are very nice and polite

It is a very traditional Onsen Hotel. And it was one of the best Onsen Hotel I have ever stayed. Subtle but pretty decorated lobby, spacious room in Japanese style, beautiful river view, great facilities, wonderful food, and most importantly friendly staffs. Highly recommended!
