Hotel in zona Ote Gate Site Shoro, Odawara

To be honest, this hotel has probably the most number of English-speaking Japanese staffs out of all the hotels that I’ve stayed in so far! Impeccable service, rather smooth communication and good location within Hakone. The hotel gives off a really relaxing vibe~so if you’re finding somewhere to just chill and soak in all those “zen-ness”, this is it! Just a little tip, the hotel is rather far from the train stations so do arrange for the free shuttle service in advance!

La struttura molto interessante, la vista del monte Fuji e un buon prezzo sono stati i motivi per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel. Siamo arrivati circa le 6:00 e ci sono stati detto che non potevamo usare il ristorante perché non avevamo una prenotazione. Abbiamo dovuto tornare a interstate circa 15 minuti per trovare qualcosa, non c'è nulla in tutto il quartiere dell'hotel o anche un piccolo negozio di snack sul sito! Bus molto limitato. Il fronte dell’hotel era ben dipinto e paesaggistico, ma il retro con la terrazza era molto sbalordito, ma era seduto fuori per un bel aria fresca. Il parcheggio era gratuito, ma tornando dopo cena il parcheggio coperto era tutto pieno e dovevamo parcheggiare a un livello inferiore nella pioggia. La stanza aveva un aspetto strano, una stanza 3-mat per un passaggio (carico di bagaglio?) e una piccola stanza che una persona poteva uscire dal letto da un lato, ma l'altra persona doveva strapparsi in mezzo al letto la notte per uscire. Nel giardino erano due cappelli duri?? Se Fujisan inizia a sputare cenere? Penso che forse questa stanza era la sala d'emergenza del personale quando è stato costretto a rimanere. Il bagno pubblico era deludentemente piccolo, quindi si è affollato rapidamente. E la vista? Naturalmente non ha piovuto così nessuna vista sul monte Fuji.Non nel controllo dell'hotel, ma ci ha lasciati disappuntati ... 4-star hotel. Non credo.

La posizione è fantastica in quanto è un collegamento diretto ai Gotemba Premium Outlets. Non c'è servizio in camera e nessun servizio di pulizia... si limitano a rifornire le tue comodità quotidiane. La cosa peggiore in assoluto, non c'è il caffè in camera, la caffetteria apre solo alle 11:00, puoi prendere la tua dose di caffè al caffè Tully più vicino che apre alle 10:00. L'onsen dell'hotel è fantastico. Complessivamente 3 su 5, perché nessuna pulizia giornaliera della camera e niente caffè, che sono le basi.

Molto soddisfatto con molte freebie ( free-cream da 2pm a 11pm per scegliere, gratis caffè n GRANDE ENVIRONMENT. È IL RISCOMANDATO Most Onsen Hotel.

I read great reviews about Hakone Pax Yoshino. It's an older hotel in a tourist town and appears quite nice. My room was OK, large and could use some updating. My traditional dinner and service was spectacular, hence my 3-star rating. What tainted a one-night stay is I was traveling with a vegetarian friend and not only was she shut out of a dinner she paid for, but the front desk agent said they couldn't accommodate her, there would be no refund or substitutions, because we were traveling as solos we couldn't sit together - so many ”couldn'ts” that were simply not true. This tainted my stay and I went alone to dinner - plenty of room for another person - which was great. I was embarrassed that I had picked this hotel for friends to stay separately and upon arrival was told that our plan didn't include meals, which they sure did. So, at the front desk for about $300 per night, everything is ”couldn't”. Breakfast was just OK compared to dinner. I loved wearing the yakata and having hot spring water in the room's tub (which could use updating) was nice. In the morning, I was told to reserve a spot on a shuttle to the train station for what reason, I'm not sure. When no shuttle showed up for me, my friend and others waiting - and waiting - and waiting - we were then told that the shuttle doesn't always show up. Why the reservation for something that doesn't happen? The front desk could not request a cab, another ”couldn't”. Since most of us leaving had trains to catch and tours scheduled, we walked the 15 minutes or so to the station in the rain. I saw other guests I met while waiting also drenched at the station. In short, I'm not impressed though so much of Japan has impressive accommodations and kindness. Hakone Pax Yoshino falls short. For that reason, I wouldn't stay again and don't recommend it. Too bad, because the traditional dinner and restaurant serving staff are top notch. I'm sure the chef - and a dinner this good has to have a chef - would have said to serve a vegetarian rice, vegetables, desserts of which there were several as well as a large drink menu and other dishes - and the experience would have been better. Unfortunate that the front desk person we had could only say no, you don't have, we can't. Well, I think they could have. Very sad.

La colazione è sempre deliziosa, la stanza è molto pulita, è una camera doppia. Puoi passare un tempo facile qui.Il pigiama è blu grigio, facile da indossare, il grande lago pubblico caldo artificiale è molto pulito, può guarire la tua stanchezza attraverso il giardino lussuoso! La cena è anche deliziosa, quindi farà tornare il vostro corpo pulito!Qui c'è una lavatrice in moneta, quindi se si lava e mette in una lavatrice, si può tornare alla stanza e completare la lavatrice quando si gioca sulla TV.C'è Lawson vicino, aperto 24 ore al giorno. Vicino al negozio di lavoro, che inizia a operare dalle 7:00 del mattino, l'altra parte del ristorante COCO è il supermercato Berg, che opera fino alle 24:00, molto conveniente!Questo è il campo fisso dei nostri genitori e bambini quando andammo in Istanbul!Sono felice che il parcheggio sia gratuito!

Absolutely wonderful experience. My time in Yama No Chaya Hakone was rainy throughout the time, but Hakone looked so beautiful in rain. Everyone and the entire staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. One staff ran out in the rain from long distance to bring me an umbrella and welcome me; there was always my shoes ready to put on whenever I was ready to go out; breakfasts and dinners were prepared and served in such artful and tasteful way that I had to take so many photos. Their services and hospitality are top notch and highlight of my trip. Thank you for the unforgettable experience .

Ci vogliono sei minuti a piedi dalla stazione del mare caldo, alcuni girano meno, altri ostacoli meno.Se non guardare la mappa con attenzione, è molto conveniente noleggiare una macchina Toyota, vicino all'hotel.L'igiene dell'hotel, ma un po'simpatico, il tetto non è pieno, un po'difficile da vedere. La colazione è solo un piccolo pane e una tazza di tè o caffè, è troppo semplice.Non dovresti stare la prossima volta.
