E' stato un grande miglioramento dall'ultima volta che sono rimasto fuori 7 anni fa.

First, I want to say Thumb Up to the manager that actually read this column and corrected the breakfast complaint by getting the HI famous Cinnamon Rolls back to the breakfast menu. Our family of 4 stayed 1 night after visiting Santa Barbara and Solvang. Check in is speedy because we did the online check in. We are assigned to the Chablis building on second floor Room 200 and I actually paid extra to have balcony as this is our first time staying in hotel after the pandemic. For 2 years, we haven’t the confidence to travel and stay in hotel till recently all members in the family are fully vaccinated with my husband and I have our booster shot and the 2 teenagers have at least 2 shots as well as the pandemic seem not to morph into common flu. Spacious room and love that a built in area that one can open the luggage easily and there are built in hanger/hook that we can hang hat, jacket and handbag! I found this feature also in the HI Fisherman Wharf. Front desk person is responsive to needs after entered into room, we needed extra towels and a razor though we didn’t received in the room because delivered to the wrong room and we had to walk back to lobby to get them. I am glad that the front desk communicated to us why the items not delivered. We understand the mistake but we appreciate the communication so we know that the items are delivered except to the wrong room. Might want to send someone to fix the handle of the drawers on the bottom, loose and crooked to the side of pulled. Also, the bath tub handle, the water came out from top and bottom this the water pressure very low coming out from the shower head, this needs fixing. Sorry, we should have told the front desk when we checked out. Love the newly added cinnamon rolls and they have the auto made pancake! Hooray, you bring back one of the most significant features of HI complimentary breakfast! I am not sure I am being greedy to ask for waffles in the future? No need self made, just pre-made a small batch, don’t use the bought from store pre-made as we can taste frozen and fresh from waffle iron. That is if can accommodate as I am waffle rather than pancake eater. Overall, LOVE this property and highly recommend if you are visiting Solvang, Santa Barbara or SLO, stop at this property as the management does seem to care about the comfort of the guests and actually reading this column to see can improve. For this, please support this property if you are around the area visiting and need a place to rest. It is a very nice hotel!

La mia esperienza qui è stata fantastica! Innanzitutto, era super pulito! Questo è ciò che è più importante per tutti, giusto? I bagni erano così puliti che i pavimenti brillavano. Sono rimasto molto colpito anche dalle dimensioni della stanza. Era così spazioso che almeno 3 diverse aree salotto. Anche la colazione era buona. Sapevamo che era una borsa marrone a causa del Covid ma onestamente andava bene perché ti riempiono la borsa di tante chicche. Non abbiamo usato la piscina ma l'abbiamo vista ed era anche molto pulita e molto ben tenuta. La reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile quando ho chiesto suggerimenti per i ristoranti. Mio nipote si è trasferito a SLO e questo è stato il motivo del nostro viaggio. Abbiamo deciso che questo sarà il nostro hotel ogni volta che visiteremo. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti.

Resta qui per il fine settimana di matrimonio di mia cugina. Era un bel motel. Recentemente ristrutturato con un look moderno e molto pulito. Non c'è nessuno fisico nel lobby, si controlla con qualcuno attraverso un tipo di situazione Skype. È stato strano all'inizio, ma poi si rende conto quanto è semplice e facile controllare con solo pochi click. Offrono caffè gratuito nel lobby, e un frigo e una microonde nella stanza, che è stato un grande plus per noi! Rimarremmo sicuramente qui di nuovo.

e la corna sarà buona.

Sorpresa inaspettata.La stanza è molto comoda, molto nuova, e il letto è buono.L'acqua è trattata con acqua morbida e il bagno è molto comodo.Se la varietà di colazione può essere più perfetta.

This hotel staff was amazing. They helped us figure out a situation where we accidentally booked wrong dates and they accommodated and assured us with no issues. We had a problem with our gift card too and Phillip the hotel manager went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure our stay was great. The customer service was beyond exceptional everyone at the front desk was so nice and made us feel better about the dates and gift cards situation they literally took our stress and for that we thank them so much. The rooms were great, clean and hot tub areas was so nice especially after such a crazy way to start a stay. So again, thank you Phillip and from staff for a great stay at nice and clean, home like hotel.

Prezzo equilibrato Il luogo è vicino alla spiaggia C'è un'uscita vicino al supermercato. E'una macchina conveniente per la caccia. La stanza è grande, quattro adulti e un bambino sono abbastanza utili per me. La colazione è normale. Non c'è problema per una notte breve
