Bella posizione in centro città. Il ristorante interno era super conveniente. Siamo stati in inverno e abbiamo usato la piscina interna e la sala giochi. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato super gentile e ha dato ai bambini una cioccolata calda, che ho pensato fosse dolce. Hotel vecchio che mostra nei corridoi, ma l'interno della camera ha alcuni aggiornamenti e nel complesso sembra super pulito. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario! Per il prezzo era perfetto! Ci tornerò assolutamente!

Eravamo nella stanza 335. Eravamo quasi a zero pressioni idriche nel doccia e il doccia si scalpò come una calda calda di tè tutto il tempo che lo usavamo. Il bruciatore davanti a destra sul forno non funzionava e l’elemento inferiore sul forno non funzionava neanche. La manutenzione è venuta a guardarla. Era molto gentile, ma ha detto che non avevano alcuna sostituzione. Ha suggerito di usarla solo nel set da carne. Per questo abbiamo perso soldi su alcuni dei pasticci che abbiamo comprato e non poteva cucinare. C'erano alcune tinture sul tappeto, la nostra stanza era molto rumorosa, perché era vicino a un tipo di sistema di ventilazione. Abbiamo ricevuto la fornitura di prodotti alimentari e il servizio di consegna era turbato perché c'era solo accesso all'aperto al nostro lato dell'hotel senza ascensore. Le saune non erano aperte. Uno dei tubi caldi era quasi più caldo della temperatura ambiente tutta la nostra soggiorno. L'altro era bello. Uno dei membri del personale era rude a mia figlia adolescente e al suo amico quando sono stati chiusi e hanno bisogno di un'altra chiave. La posizione era molto bello. Tutti gli altri membri del personale erano bello. Slushees al bar siamo buoni!

Questo hotel è impeccabile e il nicest che ho mai soggiornato in! Molto pulito e le strutture della stanza sono anche impeccabile! Ero al quattordicesimo piano e anche se l'ascensore ci voleva un po' per salire o scendere, (solo in retromarcia), ho portato le scale una volta, ma solo al sesto piano! Questa è stata davvero un'esperienza incredibile, tutti positivi! Restate qui, non vi dispiacete!

While we had a lovely stay at the Hilton in Ocean City, we were most impressed by their response to a situation after our departure. Our son forgot a fairly pricey set of boots in our room upon checkout. He realized the loss 4 days later after we had returned home — a 3-hour drive away. We called the Hilton on Sunday afternoon and left a voice mail, frankly not expecting much. By 10 am Monday, we had received a call from the hotel manager verifying the item was found, directing us to a vendor for having it shipped to us, and we had an email in hand with the name of the recovery company in less than 4 minutes. The vendor “ileftmystuff.com” had all the information pre-filled into their return form by Hilton. We completed the return form quickly, received confirmation of submission, and a UPS tracking number within the hour. That was yesterday am — the boots were delivered today at 2:42 pm. What a wonderful experience after an “oops, I left my stuff”! Thanks to Kim, the Hilton manager, for such a caring and professional response, and to I Left My Stuff for an easy and quick method to retrieve lost items.

Tutto è stato fantastico! ”Peaches” era il nostro controllo per la ragazza e era così dolce e gentile. È stato benvenuto, è stato pulito e confortevole, eccetto che i letti sono un po' fermi. Il personale era a conoscenza di ogni domanda che abbiamo chiesto durante il nostro soggiorno. La passeggiata verso la spiaggia è più veloce, poi prende la luce rossa per cambiare. Alla giornata di check-out abbiamo chiesto se sarebbe stato bene se lasciassimo la macchina nel parcheggio e ci fossero poche ore prima di andare a casa, e erano perfettamente cool con questo. La piscina al tetto è così bello con un bar e una ventola costante. Prenotamo una stanza ”baia di fronte”, ma inaspettatamente abbiamo avuto una bella vista della baia dalla nostra stanza. Ecco perché sono tornato da anni alla principessa Bayside.

I surprised my best friend of over ten years for her birthday with an ocean city vacation. Dunes was the best choice I made. I reserved our room 2 months early, assuming summer would bring crowds. I just had to have this room for her actual birthday! One day before our arrival, I received an email alerting me of an upgrade from Dunes court; to Dunes manor (it pays to reserve ahead of time) what a difference!!!! Dunes manor is absolutely beautiful!!!! Stunning!!!! We had car trouble on the way there, so we were dropped off by Uber at Dunes court. I left my friend there with our luggage and walked to get a luggage cart from Dunes manor. The conceiurge actually brought the luggage cart all the way from Dunes manor to Dunes court to get our luggage for us in 90 degree weather dressed in full attire. There was a line to check in however, it went exceptionally fast. The service was warm and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. What I really loved was that we weren't disturbed every day by house keeping to clean our room. There was a note in our room that read ”if you would like your room cleaned, you need only ask”. Late that night my best friend got cold(she was by the air conditioner) so, she called the front desk and requested an extra blanket. Minutes later, a heated blanket was brought to our room and my friend was fast asleep. They have an indoor pool, a gym and restaurant right on sight and a trolly in back brings you right up the boardwalk for a small fee. The trolley isn't affiliated with the hotel. It's just very convenient. Oh dear, how can I forget?? The rooms balcony overlooks the Ocean. Who doesn't love waking up to that? Last but not least.... When you stay at Dunes manor you can use any of the 3 dunes locations privileges ie outdoor pool, movie night, or even special guest nights at the pool. There's always something fun to do. I'd go again and again. Thank you Dunes for making our stay a memorable one and God bless.

Se viaggiate con ur peldo kiddo, questo è l'hotel che vuoi rimanere. Molto animale domestico amichevole! In estate, i cani non sono ammessi a essere sulla spiaggia della città oceanica, quindi ho usato per portare il mio cane al parco nazionale di Assateague per il mio cane divertirsi sulla spiaggia. Ma non ho più bisogno di andare tutto il cammino verso Assateague. Il letto era molto più alto (mi piace il letto forte), ma era così comodo! Il caffè caldo complimentare era abbastanza buono per risparmiare il mio tempo per guidare a cercare un caffè fuori dall'hotel. È stata la migliore esperienza dell'hotel con il mio pellegrinaggio!
