Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort.
However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course.
It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all.
I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

Excellent resort, nice and cozy. But there is deposit 300€ which is a bit shock, usually other hotels 100€. But no worries it return back once check out. Overall nice we have nice stay here.

是我住過的最臟的酒店，沒有之一！毛巾和浴巾都很臟，紅色黑色污漬很豐富！找前台，人家説不給換，想換就是自己交錢洗。浴室門是壞的，關不上！廚房油定子味道很重！膠囊咖啡機是壞的！烤箱（微波爐）按鍵的字全都磨沒了，根本不知道哪個鍵是做什麼用的！早餐很簡單，但收費不低！位置很偏，沒有像樣的便捷店！

很乾凈安靜温馨的木屋羣，位置方便，邊上就是火車站，停車方便免費。阿爾卑斯山腳下，很適合休閑休假，廚房用具很齊全。

The location is the best part and it is indeed beautiful, very close to Hallstatt with a regular bus shuttle right next to the hotel. The resort has a lake behind and a range of activities for kids from table tennis, cycling and a good garden to enjoy. The hotel though looks a bit worn out , they don’t have a porter or trolley for your luggage , so if you don’t have a car , be prepared to walk some distance with your luggage to your rooms. The staff at the reception is not helpful. The bathroom shower room cabins were not working properly and the water was leaking due to that. The toaster was not clean and when this was informed the staff told they will come and check it but no one came. All in all mixed feelings, not too good , but not too bad either.

5/5 It's a beautiful place. It's very peaceful. In May the clouds are very beautiful. The staff is excellent, everything is very close. Well equipped houses. I can only recommend it. It satisfies all needs. There is a sauna, gym, swimming pool.

So for the 3 star review? That is about as good as it gets here. The room was adequate and barely that! The bathroom smelled like it had had a LOT of ********* smoked in it. It was rank! The floors were dirty and there were some interesting stains on the walls too. The shower worked ok and the views are the big selling point here, stellar. If the room was as good as the food/drink in the restaurant this place would do much better.

We had a nice and comfortable 3-bedroom house. Plenty of space inside. Small kitchen with all the basic necessities for our 2-night stay. We had breakfast at the house and the resort restaurant for dinner. Limited vegetarian options, although that was the case everywhere in Obertraun and Hallstatt. Happy, helpful staff. The shop stocked quite a lot of foods which was sufficient for us. The setting is beautiful and the kids’ playground was fantastic for the kids while we waited for dinner. Swimming pool is small - more of a fun splash rather than any serious swimming. Decent gym. Also had a table football (although could do with some maintenance). Weather was very hot when we were there and the house did get very hot. Needed to leave windows open all night to be able to sleep. It’s very close to Obertraun Dachstein station - very convenient. Buses to Hallstatt are hourly. Limited taxi options in the area.

The place maintenance is so low! The pool’s dressing room smells like pee and in clean. Cabins smells from cigarettes. The gym equipment is broken and makes function. The front desk staff sits all day at the back and smokes.
