L'hotel è amichevole. L'hotel è bellissimo sul lago Riesser con vista sulle montagne o sulla PAC. Da qui si può iniziare a fare belle passeggiate. In estate il lago invita a fare il bagno. Siamo stati qui qualche anno fa. Abbiamo avuto una casa di casa e questo era davvero fantastico ... e 2Balkone con vista sul lago. Tutto pulito e ordinato. Il buffet per colazione non lascia aperti i desideri! Si può anche sedersi bene fuori. Nella zona spa saune ... e piscina, nonché una piccola piscina - da qui l'accesso alla terrazza solare. Puoi prenotare anche i trattamenti. La casa marina si fa deliziosa e si siede bella. Ci è piaciuto molto. Torneremo. ***

L'ambiente di sauna dell'hotel è buono, anche se anche buono 👍 L'ambiente del ristorante è di prima classe, e la colazione è ricco La città è un luogo famoso per le vacanze, e sono molto conveniente per gli acquisti e i ristoranti C'è un ristorante per la birra vicino all'hotel. La birra è buona 👍

Il benvenuto era fantastico e molto accogliente. Il personale del ristorante, il cibo e l'organizzazione erano eccellenti. L'alloggio è pulito, tempestivo e pratico. Grazie a tutti in hotel per averci cercato come famiglia per il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti. Grazie in particolare a John e Andreas, che ci hanno curati con il tipo di servizio che non trovereste mai in un hotel a catena, tra cui essere guide per la zona locale e divertimento dei nostri figli. Spero che torniamo di nuovo!

At a rate of EUR 220+ per night, we expected a calm, well-maintained, scenic and professional hotel experience. Unfortunately, we found neither. Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes which are unlocked at an extra charge of EUR 30 (we did not opt for this). The (locked-in) old kitchenette fridge kept us awake all of our first night. Staff acknowledged the poor state of this equipment and admitted several guests had complained about this noise before us. Thankfully they turned the fridge off for our second night. But why was this on in the first place when we had not booked the kitchenette extra? We came for Alp calm - not noise of an old fridge we did not even have access to. Hotel facilities were old - all of it - all dated from when constructed (early or mid 70s?). Wall-to-wall carpets in room. Our roomed smelled of old cigarette smoke. We were tempted by beautiful looking photos of the hotel where balconies had unspoiled views of the Alps. Unfortunately our room was dark and had no view whatsoever - expect for a few trees and a railway track that had trains spoiling the tranquility we came for. Website photos for not live up to expectations! Waiters repeatedly did not take our requests seriously, whether we asked for frites to be replaced by potatoes, chicken to be added to our the vegetarian dish (waiter shrugged this request off, before eventually accepting for an extra charge), or forgetting to prop up our breakfast table (no butter on day one, no yoghurt on day two - all paid for). English skills also questionable. Aargh - for this price we expected so much more - this was unfortunately a disappointing stay for us. This is a pity because the hotel location is good and the place has some good potential if owners would only pay to maintain the place.

Senza fare altro che fermarci per una notte in questo villaggio affascinante, vorremmo avere tempo per un soggiorno più lungo. Mammhofer è abbastanza vicino per camminare a tutto, ma solo fuori dalla parte più occupata del villaggio (quiet!). Joseph, che si trovava in una casa di famiglia, era un ospite gentile, e ci ha facilmente ospitato quando abbiamo fatto la prenotazione un giorno prima (errore mio), la stanza era pulita e confortevole, aveva una doccia grande. Le sue uova da colazione erano le migliori che abbiamo avuto nelle nostre due settimane attraverso la Baviera (ha aggiunto pepe rosso cracked), e sicuramente restaremmo qui quando torniamo. Questo è un hotel molto bello stile vintage nella migliore strada della zona Pa. Il personale dell'hotel è così amichevole e cortese. Bello bar, bel ristorante anche. Ci siamo trasferiti solo per una notte ma avremmo voluto rimanere più a lungo. Le camere sono grandi con super vista, bel balcone e grandi bagni. Le letti sono comodi. Prima di prenotare ho letto alcune recensioni su mobili vecchi/ mobili.. ma fidati, è molto pulito e ben mantenuto. La camera dell'hotel dispone di mobili vecchio stile, ma è ben mantenuta e molto pulita.Abbiamo prenotato un colazione in anticipo e poi non ne abbiamo avuto perché non avevamo fame. Il personale era pronto a ripararlo contro qualsiasi altro conto F&B, che noi pensiamo fosse un servizio sorprendente. Finalmente, perché erano stati venduti completamente per cena, hanno rimborsato l'importo in contanti. Veramente impressionato con questo.. Andare all'Atlas Grand Hotel.. lo amarrai.
