Hotel molto elegante, grande attenzione alla pulizia e alle necessità del cliente. Peccato per la qualità della colazione non certo adeguata al livello della struttura. Personale gentilissimo e preparato.

Hotel situato sul porto di Novigrad, tutto in stile nautico. L’hotel è molto grande, pulito e ben tenuto, ha una zona spa con due piscine, due saune, un idromassaggio e docce sensoriali; una zona massaggi e Santa, la massaggiatrice, è davvero bravissima! La camera spaziosissima con balcone sul mare, letto king size, in 3 dormivamo larghi. Bagno spazioso. Colazione a buffet varia, tra dolce e salto, pancake buonissimi. Inoltre il ristorante dell’hotel buonissimo e personale preparato è disponibile. I ragazzi della reception disponibilissimi e ci hanno accontentato in tutto. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito per gli ospiti dell’hotel. Graditissimo pensiero per il compleanno di mio marito.

La pulizia approssimativa della camera , la moquette rovinata e la scarsa manutenzione passano in secondo piano rispetto alla scortesia di alcuni membri dello staff. In occasione del check in nessuno ci dice entro che ora la camera deve essere lasciata il giorno dopo, nè trovo messaggi in camera o altro. Poiché la colazione termina alle 11 suppongo che l’orario sia quello o immediatamente successivo. Mentre con la mia famiglia (mamma e due figlie di 6 e 12 anni) alle 10 45 sto terminando la colazione ci raggiunge un membro dello staff che ci dice che dobbiamo subito lasciare la camera. Non terminiamo quasi la colazione e ci affrettiamo. All’uscita alle 11 15 la sorpresa: il conto ci è stato maggiorato del 50%. Ovviamente mi arrabbio e chiedo di ridurre la penalità. Ottengo in cambio un atteggiamento molto scortese e offensivo di quella che apparentemente è la manager e soprattutto più insinuazioni su “noi italiani”. Lo sconsiglio veramente soprattutto ai connazionali.

Tanta potenzialità ma mal gestita. C'ero già stata , ma questa volta ho visto il declino. Sauna rotta, pulizia del bagno approssimativa, Set cortesia misero, due cuffie doccia e due boccette di bagnoschiuma non reintegrate dopo l'uso. Specchio per il trucco rotto. Rubinetto intasato. Non c'è più lo chef stellato. Per fortuna il ristorante è seguito da un bravissimo responsabile. La colazione di Pasqua era veramente al top. La mia scelta era stata dettata da un precedente soggiorno e perché era mio desiderio di usufruire della sauna e del bagno turco. Mi sarei aspettata delle scuse per il disagio causato. La camera 130 aveva una bella vista e un comodo balcone.

Un hotel trovato per caso che si è rivelato una bellissime sorpresa: pulito, camere spaziose originalissime per l'arredo davvero 'nautico", personale competente e ( quasi) tutto disponibile, locatiom spettacolare in quanto proprio sul mare. Con pochi minuti di cammino si arriva da una parte alle spoagge, ahimè di cemento e dallaltra al centro, molto bello, di novigrad. Unica pecca è la colazione non in linea con lo standard dell' hotel in quanto di tipo industriale, sempre uguale e di qualitàà medio bassa. A parte questo, esperienza positivisma e hotel straconsigliato

Hotel molto bello sul mare con ottimo parcheggio, immerso nella tranquillità

L'hotel si trova all'interno di una spettacolare ed enorme marina, circondata da una stratosferica pineta in cui sorgono meravigliosi ulivi. Parking risevato, spazioso, comodo. Accoglienza professionale e cordiale. Hall all'insegna dei toni e luci un po' scuri, ma molto ampia, arredata in stile marinaresco, come tutte le camere e gli spazi dell'albergo. Stanze grandi, ben arredate con mobili nuovissimi e balconi spaziosi. Bagni completi di quattro elementi. Un po' bassi wc e bidè. Piscina coperta enorme, calda, pulita così come la vasca idromassaggio e la sauna. Docce e spogliatoi, bagni curatissimi. Il settore dedicato alla spa è molto gradevole. Bravissima la massaggiatrice. Ristorante, due stelle Michelin, di fronte all'hotel e convenzionato con lo stesso, dove si offre una colazione gustosissima, completa, varia e per ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Conto onesto. Ringraziamo per il meraviglioso fine settimana. Ritorneremo presto.

Very nice hotel at the coast with view on the sea. Self free parking, very nice staff, free wellness available, nice breakfast, large and very clean rooms smelling very nice. Prices are good. We are feeling very relaxed here. The city is cute, nice restaurants around, prices are not that bad in the city.

I have spent a week in the beautiful Hotel Nautica as a part of my Europian tour, and it just felt like home. Starting from the cleanliness of the room, where nice cleaning ladies made my bed every day, followed by the friendliest reception staff who patiently answered all of my questions and recommended amazing places to go, foods to try and gave me local tips on Novigrad and surrounding area. The breakfast was dreamy: fresh eggs, pancakes, sweets or salty things: whatever you want-they have. I would highly recommend this place and will for sure be back again! 

Nice visit and great location. Parking place is an advantage for the city. Also, the restaurant is literally downstairs which makes it convenient. The room needs some renovation, though. The WC was no longer properly attached to the wall so they fixed it with a metal support underneath which is hilarious.

What a location for visiting Novigrad! Parking, a pleasant short walk to downtown, and views over the large marina from our terrace. The room was very spacious, large sitting area with a small fridge, nice bathroom, large bedroom - and all with views (even a small window in the bath). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we asked advice about which wineries to visit. The selection of breakfast items was generous, we said it was a German-style breakfast: cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, sausages, pastries and breads - and you can make your own espresso or Americano coffee, as well as having a choice of teas. We would have given a five-star rating except for the lack of air conditioning two of the four nights we stayed. Apparently we arrived just as the heat system was being switched to air conditioning and there was a glitch; not the hotel's fault but it was 26 degrees C in our room two. nights, and with no screens we didn't want to open windows. Everything else was wonderful, though, and we would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nautica. The rooms were great, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

A surprisingly spacious room with views of the marina, and very clean - we loved all that. Breakfast is incredible, like German breakfasts - cheeses, meats, pastries, yogurts, muesli and even a station to prepare eggs as requested. The easy walk to town was great, sunsets at nearby terrace bars was a plus. Hotel staff members were personable and helpful. Only problem was air conditioning not working properly- two of our four nights we couldn’t sleep much as it was over 26 degrees C in our room and as there are no screens we couldn’t leave the windows open. Apparently this is a common challenge this time of year when systems switch from heat to A/C, but we were pretty uncomfortable those two nights.Yet - we would stay here again, especially in cooler months.

We always like to return in this high class hotel - especially during the winter time to enjoy its spa amenities, saunas, pool and most of all spacious rooms. But real gem is their restaurant Navigare, where you will indulge your tang buds – their chef is just amazing in preparing vegan and also “normal” food. So, don’t hesitate if you want an intimate environment with you loved one :-)
