Rooms are small, but clean. Location is just great, everything is near, available by foot.

The hotel looks remodeled. It is very modern with a lot of modern conveniences. Comfortable bed and good Aircon. Very walkable to the city center and to the fortress from that location. They will give you a free voucher for breakfast and vouchers for 10% off of any other meals you buy from their restaurant around the corner. However, you do have to present the voucher to the waiter before they take your order. I made the mistake the first night by not giving the waiter my voucher for dinner, and when I presented it to him after when I got the bill, he would not accept it. He asked his manager the manager declined the voucher. Their excuse was they had already rang it up in the system and they couldn’t re-ring it. I find that hard to believe but it is what it is so I paid full price. 

Good location. It was very noisy the first night but the staff acted well upon it. The breakfast is a bit limited. It's not a buffet as mentioned in the listed overview, but choice from options in a cafe

Excellent hotel right at city centre. Awesome breakfast . Clean rooms. However does-not provide you in room amenities like lotion, shampoo etc. 2 water bottles provided only once during checkin.

這家酒店完全不能算4鑽酒店，首先進入眼簾的是超級迷你前台，讓人懷疑這個是酒店還是招待所，如果是酒店不應該是這樣的裝飾，那個類似牢房窗的前台，需要靠一個很長的樓梯銜接，大家提着很重的行李爬上去；其次，攜程網上的圖片和酒店實際入住的高級房間照片，完全不同；整體有種在網上被欺騙的感覺；圖片很具有誘導性，但是實際入住完全不同；房間面積不符合網上的要求，窗户是天窗，就是地下室改造的房間；二者存在非常離譜的差異；如果不是圖片具有誘導性絕對不會考慮這樣的住宿環境；經過跟攜程的溝通，到目前為止：酒店也不承認自己存在問題，攜程也不承認自己在審核過程中存在問題；整個入住到目前退房都還沒妥善解決，非常失望。

酒店位置非常好，就在市中心，步行距離已到大部分景點，餐廳非常多選擇。房間走公寓式簡約路線，簡單過一晚可以的。但要注意酒店是市中心某大廈一部分，沒私人停車場的，必須得停樓下的公眾停車位，大多時候需要像香港等錶位那樣。

位置好，就在商業街旁邊。穿過一道門洞就能看見教堂。建議傍晚時分繞到教堂後面，先買個網紅冰激凌再坐在街邊椅子上看當地歌手唱歌。房間基本功能尚可，早餐沒有專門餐廳需要到街邊咖啡廳用早餐單點，非自助餐。

Bir kere otelin otoparkı yok cadde üzerinde otopark var diyorlar ama orada yer bulmanın imkanı yok. 400 metre uzaklikta bir kapalı otoparka yönlendiriyorlar ancak orasıda fahiş fiyatlı 12 saat kaldim 12.00 dinar yani 400 TL aldılar Otelin 48 kalsaydım yani 2 gün 1600 TL otopark ücreti verecektik. Otelin nir lobisi yok. Oturabileceğiniz bir lobi aramayın . Reception küçücük bir camekan oda çoğunlukla kapalı. Bir ihtiyacınız olsa karşılama imkanınız yok. Odaları yeni ve temiz ancak odalar o kadar dar ki inanilmaz. Dar oldugu yetmezmiş gibi birde odanın ortasında kocaman bir kolon var dogru dürüst hareket alani yok küçücük ince uzun bir cam var ve dışarıdan inanilmaz gürültü geliyor. Otelde dogru dorüst kahvalti yok. Büfeden istediğinizi alma imkanınız yok. Önünüze bir liste veriyorlar o listeden sandeviç yada omlet seçiyorsunuz. İkisinden de seçme imkaninız. Onca yer gezdim onca yerde kaldım ilk kez böyle bir uygulama gördüm anlayacağınız kahvaltı hüsran. Sandeviçten kahvaltı mı olur. Yanlış bir sandeviç seçtik değiştirmek istedik değiştirme imkani olmazmış. Suratsız garson kiz öyle dedi. Anlayacağınız yanıltıcı yorumlara kanmayın bu yorum gerçek bir yorumdur. Ayrica 2 gün rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen ikinci gün kalmayacağız dedi ucret iadesi için hala bekliyoruz. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı oteli. Odada terlik yok şampuan yada vucut şampuanı çeşidi yok tek tip açık sampuan koymuşlar

房間尚可，關於住宿，訂的房型送了早餐，一個漢堡+一杯牛奶，不是自助形式的。然後就是停車，店門口有停車位，但是衹有晚上九點後是免費，晚上九點前必須下載一個app付費（前台會告訴你是什麼app並且教你填寫資料和使用方法），比較麻煩的就是每兩小時要付一次停車費，沒到時間之前你要付下一個兩小時的停車費，如果你忘了，會得到一張900第納爾的罰單。如果出現這個情況，就要讓酒店前台幫你查有沒有被罰款，如果被罰款了，他們會幫你打印一張紙，然後你要拿着那張紙，去任意一個換錢的地方（諾維薩德街頭有好多家，店名就是寫着exchange）交罰款。

非常方便的酒店，出門100多米就是自由廣場了，樓下的餐廳提供早餐，味道好分量足帥哥服務挺好的。而且周圍也有不少品質高的餐廳。第一晚停水沒人告訴我，晚上前台也下班了，有點奇怪，其他都很好。
