Best business hotel in Novi Sad

I'm afraid this is the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed in in my life. There is no service, not to mention that you have to go to the front desk by yourself wherever you go. There is no doorman service at the door. You have to go to the front desk and call the doorman for parking. We have two orders that cannot be combined to renew our stay. We must check out first and then check in again! This is the most speechless thing I have encountered! ！ ！ In short, this Sheraton is very uncomfortable! ！ ！

酒店中規中矩，餐廳水準也不錯。 位置尚可，自駕的話影響不大，到景點都挺方便。 停車場有點小，不太好停車。 就是走的時候遇到遊行堵路了，很討厭。

酒店設施還可以，比較新，地下停車場入口在酒店後面，停車位不多，要收費。酒店離市中心有點遠，需開車過去。酒店的Wifi接入方式比較麻煩，大家都有抱怨，網速不快。

連鎖酒店的好處便是服務有統一標準，這酒店的服務非常到位，所有員工都很親切。酒店距離老城區大概兩公里，距離城堡將近4公里，有公共汽車可以方便抵達上述景點。酒店大堂有貨幣兑換機，餐廳有室內吸煙區，以及室外吸煙區，還有一個可以抽煙的大堂吧，裏面有雪茄賣。房間除了牙膏牙刷其他東西一應俱全，包括熱水壺。早餐比較豐富，餐廳的晚餐也具有一定水準。
