I recently stayed at the Hilton Newark Airport Hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The shuttle service was cramped, making me feel like a sardine. The check-in process lacked any personal touch or warmth. Overall, I wouldn't consider returning.

Close to airport , also have free Shuttle Bus , room a little bit old , but it’s big and comfort .

An alarm was alerted at 3am. We ran down to lobby in pj. Not fun

Did not make to the hotel due to emergency illness in our family last minutes. Entire payment was no refund, company policy they claim.

Location worked well for the night we stayed. None of the rooms had microwaves, the room appliances such as the desk and t.v. stand were dirty. The room was small but adequate, walls were dinged up. If I paid to stay at a cheap hotel, I would not complain, but I paid extra for a Hilton. Further, the parking was not advertised as a separate cost while booking on trip.com. It costs extra. Staff member was rude while checking in.
