Hotel con colazione inclusa a Nottingham

Il hotel è un hotel a buon mercato, con un buon servizio, senza problemi, e non è un'altra persona che si trova vicino alla porta, ma non è colpa dell'hotel. Molti scaffoldati fuori al momento della visita, ma nessun rumore di notte e nessun rumore da fuori, anche se era mezzo settimana e la stanza che si trovava lontano dalla strada

una posizione molto buona per traffico, cibo, scenario storico pulizia giornaliera da parte del personale gentile

Booked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit

Il primo hotel non è deluso, è stato fantastico, ha portati USB da lanciare e il ristorante di timo, anche se il piccolo è stato molto delizioso. Abbiamo visitato i parenti che studiavano in NTU e la posizione era perfetta perche' la strada non ha traffico ma i tram fermati al contrario rendendo il piacere con 4 fermate dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria principale al Victoria Centre che è solo al centro commerciale e al centro della città. Ideale. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Spazio a letto pulito e confortevole e eccellente anche in camera gemella. Excelente personale molto disposto ad aiutare a rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole mai. Anche il prezzo è stato eccellente.

We could not fault this hotel . From the very helpful and friendly staff to the spacious clean superior double room. Room came with security safe and mini fridge. All in all a very pleasant one night stay , with a late check out time of 12.00 . We will definitely be back for a return stay.

I came to the Crown Plaza, Nottingham for a conference early June. The hotel itself was nice, modern and comfortable. My room was not adequately cleaned as there were hairs in my shower upon arrival, unreplenished hygiene products in the bathroom and the toilet uncleaned. The room Itself was small, but fine for sleeping in. My TV did not work, but as it was one night this wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and lunch were great, formal dinner however was awful and poor, not worth paying for. Servers were unversed in allergen training, and the allergen and dietary requirement food options were awfully poor. The manager on duty however, was apologetic and wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was the staff (excusing F&B teams poor allergen training and food options). Particularly Abigail, Malakai and Zak on the bar who were so warm, polite and accommodating. Wonderful service throughout and a credit to the team. Thank you three.

Si tratta di un hotel della catena che fornisce servizi e strutture standard. La stanza è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Il bagno è pulito ma un po' vecchiotto. La colazione è impressionante. Tutto il personale è giovane, disponibile e cordiale. La posizione è buona, a 10-12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Nottingham. Il prezzo è buono C'è un bar al piano terra se hai problemi di sonno. Alla reception è stato allestito un bar con acqua rinfrescante che è impressionante. Il check-in si effettua tutti i giorni alle 15:00, sarebbe meglio se fosse possibile anticiparlo.

Fantastic location in City Centre. Victoria Centre shopping is 10 steps away. Easy access to buses and trams. Walking is also a good option as there are so many food eatery and bars nearby - American, Thai, Indian, Noodles, Italian, French Bistro and even McDonalds. Stayed here for 6 days. It was a great location to explore Nottingham and get my daughter ready for U of Nottingham move-in. Will stay here again.

Did have a small issue where i saw how dirty the mattress was underneath the bed, and also a bit of a service issue with the front desk seeming to just not want to be there, but for the price you pay you get what you get! Former student halls so a strange setup but one i enjoyed.

I don’t know how this hotel manages to get four stars. The room felt damp, as did the bed. Condensation meant I could not see out of the window. I was given an upgraded room and I would not have liked to see the original room because the one I was allocated was poky. There was nowhere to sit and relax, not that I want to relax there it as so awful. I was in Nottingham on business and I have travelled quite bit for business over the years. I can honestly say that this was the second worst experience of my life. The staff without question were excellent. It is the overall management of the operation that is a huge problem. The pictures bear absolutely no resemblance to my experience. If I had to sum it up in three words I would say, utterly dreary and dreadful. There was a sliver of light when I checked out the following morning, and that was in the knowledge I would never, ever be going back.
