Il check-in gratuito con contatto è stato buono, peccato che non ci sia una riduzione del prezzo perché la colazione non è più offerta (comprensibilmente). La camera ha tutto il necessario, sono già stata e ci tornerei volentieri.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service, food & venue were excellent. Thoughtful little spa gifts on our bed. All the staff were extremely friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Spa treatments were superb. If we had to be really picky then the spa bubbles in the shallow end of the swimming pool was far too cold to enjoy & it's a bit of a shame that there isn't more space around the edge of the pool to have the beds facing the pool, but that's being really picky. We had a fabulous time & will be booking again for next year.

We were delighted with this hotel. Parking with my blue badge was easy and close to reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the layout and spaciousness of our room.Decor is good, and we had very pleasant meals in the conservatory. We are light eaters and found what we wanted by using the illustrated tablets provided by the staff. We did have a problem, though. As I was pleased with the service for the evening meals I left a tip each time and it was only after I checked the bill at home that I found gratuities had been added. We were not advised of this and saw no advice of it on the tablet menus. A shame - until then we were very happy. It doesn't stop us going again but we shall leave no tips!

We visited the hotel to meet up with the hotels Wedding Planning Organiser prior to our wedding later in May. The welcome and service offered to us from the hotel was excellent. We stayed the night and our room was really comfortable. We had an evening meal and a very good breakfast the next day. Thank you for your attention to detail for our wedding, and look forward to our special day.

Stayed for our wedding anniversary in Room 5, beautiful and decorated to high standard. Our meal was off the sample menu , I had the fillet steak which was the best I've had for a long time.Good portions and waitress service very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast very nice also I had the scrambled eggs with salmon which was very tasty and husband had a full breakfast all cooked and tasted good.

Abbiamo avuto un matrimonio di famiglia a Norwich, quindi abbiamo fatto una prenotazione di gruppo per la famiglia tutti noi 9 . L' hotel è molto ben situato per il centro città e ha un centro sanitario David Lloyd vicino alla porta ( il giorno passa costo £10 ma vale molto buone strutture ) e l' hotel stesso è molto ben arredata con un salotto e bar presso la reception e un colazione area accanto a quella , tutti senza spot . Le camere sono molto pulite e hanno tutto quello che potresti avere ( ferro secchezza TV a bordo secchiere capelli molti punti elettrici e USB ) mia madre ha la malattia di Parkinson e aveva una camera adattata disabili che era perfetta tutte le esigenze per rendere la vita più facile La colazione è un buffet e ha tutto quello che avresti bisogno dal freddo al cuoco e tutto è molto delizioso . Il colazione chef Daniel era eccellente , dopo aver sentito la malattia di mia madre egli è andato oltre e oltre il livello di servizio che si aspetta e non posso ringraziarlo abbastanza per la sua considerazione . In conclusione , un soggiorno molto bello fatto meglio da un eccellente personale in tutto l'hotel da ricezione a custodia e un richiamo speciale a Daniel per la sua pensiero .
