This hotel was great. My husband and I came into town for a funeral at 3am. We searched and searched for a hotel that was non-smoking and had no pets and had resonable rates.I called to see if their were any vacancies. I spoke to Candice on the phone. She was very helpful and let us know everything that we needed to know. We headed straight over there. The hotel was clean, smelled good, and the bed was comfy. They also have dove products in the bathroom, which is a plus because I forgot mine at home. It is about 15 mins to Charleston Airport. The breakfast was good. The ladies that worked were very nice and helpful. Overall, my stay was great.

My husband and I just love this place. The room was so clean and smelled so good. The beds ate out of this world the sheets are so soft and smell so clean. The front desk staff are awesome and very friendly. The manager he is very nice himself. We will definitely come back again.. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful stay..

Non restare qui!! Hotel non è migliore di un Motel-6! Certamente non fino a Marriott Standards!! (e io sono Platinum ...so So alcune cose sulle proprietà Marriott) Marriott dovrebbe tirare il suo nome da questo posto! In generale (su un totale di 10-star), questo posto è un hotel 2-star, cercando di essere un 3-star e fingendo di essere un 4-star attraverso i suoi rating online! Le camere non vengono pulite (seriamente ...siamo rimasti per 5 giorni, mai tanto come un vuoto, abbiamo iniziato a prendere il nostro cassonetto!). Il frigorifero in camera si chiude ogni 2 ore (perciò niente rimane freddo, e puzza ...e sono progettati per farlo!). Il pranzo era buono, fino all’ultimo giorno in cui non si preoccupavano nemmeno di mettere fuori altro che pane e avena (probabilmente per risparmiare i costi, perché erano molto pieni), e i frutti erano sempre stati spezzati. Non potevano nemmeno lasciare il caffè e il tè dopo le 10, ma affermano di essere 4-stars? Veramente? Anche le pareti erano contrassegnate con marcatori di sfogo e di colore bianco in tutto il luogo! E abbiamo soggiornato in più di una stanza che è più di quanto la maggior parte delle persone vedano! Pro: Il doccia era caldo, il divano di tiro era un bonus (anche se fosse così incomodo, le persone si sono appena addormentate sui cuscini del divano), le camere erano generalmente spaziose e il riscaldamento e l'aria condizionata funzionavano bene. La TV ha funzionato bene, e siamo stati anche in grado di sottoscrivere al nostro netflix, ma anche questi non erano sufficienti per portare il mio rating complessivo! L'unica cosa buona su questo hotel era il personale! In tutta onestà, erano generalmente amichevoli e utili a seconda di chi hai parlato con .... ma non avrei mai sottoposto la mia famiglia a restare qui di nuovo! Se non avessi prenotato online per tutto il tempo, avremmo trasferito gli hotel!

La camera era pulita e una bella dimensione, ma il bagno era super piccolo. Il colazione potrebbe essere molto meglio! La piscina potrebbe essere più grande e hanno bisogno di pulire l'acqua della piscina. Mi deluso che non c'era un tubo caldo.

The service was excellent, save for one Housekeeper. On our second day my companion asked a Housekeeper on our floor if we could get some extra large towels she said she would bring them to our room. We never received them, but when my companion went out to get ice the same housekeeper stopped her, and said I told you I would get you the towels. I am a little concerned with this behavior because we have never received it from any other chain. I understand that some people find mixed race couples offensive, however I was always taught to leave personal predigests at home when I go to work.
