I would definitely stay here again. I was pleased with management. They were the nicest people. They treated us like they had known us all of our lives. They always greeted us and were always smiling . I didn't have any problems there. I didn't have to ask more than once for anything. They were right there to accommodate our needs

Worst hotel customer experience I've ever had. I need to book a hotel room for a family member who was traveling in an emergency situation. I called Hilton reservation line, and they assured me that it would be no problem for her to check in because I added her to the reservation, prepaid the room, and could complete a form to cover any incidental charges. Jermaine at the front desk was extremely rude to her when she went to check in. I called him and said that she was trying to check in, and he again said that he would not be letting her check in and I could call the reservation line and ask for their help. He then cancelled my prepaid reservation on the spot without telling me and would not answer the telephone when I asked the service representative on the Hilton reservation line to call him and resolve the issue. When I tried to call him back directly to clarify, he told me that he was not going to let her check in, and that he didn't need to explain anything to me, and that he was going to hang up on me (which he did). I don't think I've ever been told that I was going to be hung up on by a customer service provider. I still don't know why this happened, and the Hilton customer service person I spoke to on the reservation line confirmed that the situation did not make any sense. To top it all off, I was told that I would still be paying for the reservation, even though it had been cancelled, because it was prepaid. I tried to book this hotel to make a difficult situation for a close family member a little better. Instead she was treated terribly, sat in the parking lot of a hotel in an unfamiliar city for an hour while I tried to sort it out, and ultimately left exhausted, with no room. Hilton and specifically Jermaine, made a bad situation much worse. Anyone considering a booking at this or any other Hilton property should give my experience some thought first.

Please read in it's entirety! (Original visit January,2020) Just been lazy to make a review lol. But this hotel is spectacular. Service was on point and the staff was great! Room was clean. The room was nice but it did have a pool like smell, as mentioned from another review that I read from another reviewer. And the rooms are small. But nonetheless nice hotel! The hotel was very well kept and quiet. I was disappointed that they decided to give me a room on the lower floor instead of a room with a balcony. But again no biggie. Another thing, the hotel Wi-Fi does suck. But then again maybe marriot Wi-Fi isn't the greatest. Either that or they want to make money off the premium Wi-Fi. I usually use my hot spot when it comes to marriott hotels due to the Wi-Fi being very slow. I had very good reception here. A good trip to atlanta. Will definitely consider this hotel when I come and visit again.

Mio marito e io abbiamo prenotato una stanza qui per un'emergenza dopo aver spostato di Virginia. La signorina Della era molto gentile e comprensiva, e ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti, in cui apprezzo davvero. Il giorno in cui lo controlliamo, ci ha prenotato e mi ha fatto sentire come se fosse la mia famiglia che si occupasse di tutto, e ci ha dato la speranza di avere un posto dove andare a riposare, e solo parlando con lei mi ha dato un senso di sollievo, non tanto di paura e di frustrazione. Apprezzo davvero la signora Della e intendo essere un ospite fino a quando non tornerò a piedi.

Ho visitato questo posto molte volte. Uno dei miei diamanti in grosso. Non giudicare un libro dalla sua copertura. Questo posto è abbastanza pulito e il personale è grande. Tutti i soggiorni qui sono grandi per me. Una chiave molto bassa e si ottiene più per il prezzo.
