Hotel vicini a Wat Don Mon a Distretto di Mueang Nong Khai

Bella Hotel.Amo il bar Sky vedendo grandi viste quando il sole sta fissando Decent Breakfast buona selezione piacevole per mangiare colazione fuori vicino al bellissimo bacino di pesce Koi.Nessun servizio portatile, ma non c'è problema con gli ascensori. Un po'di passeggiata in città, ma c'è normalmente un tuk tuk che aspetta fuori dall'hotel. Bella massaggia gira fuori dall'hotel prima che tu venga. Anche un buon mercato dietro l'hotel. Anche il cibo e le bevande nel cielo sono prezzi molto ragionevoli.

Letto confortevole, aria condizionata, pulita, personale pulito, senza colazione e senza molti extra. È un po' difficile arrivare alla stazione (il mio TukTuk ha fatto un duro negoziato per 100BHT, probabilmente giustamente data la distanza) ma per una notte o così è un grande valore. Se si prevede di rimanere qui per un periodo più lungo, assicurarsi di ottenere l'app Grab o simili per andare in giro, se non ha una macchina. Acqua calda decente ....a rarità in un hotel di bilancio (questo fa parte di una catena di hotel di bilancio e dato gli standard qui cercherò questa catena altrove).

Siamo stati qui per 3 notti appena dopo il nuovo anno. L'hotel è in una buona posizione vicino al centro commerciale e a pochi passi dal mercato locale & Mekong River. Un prezzo ragionevole per la notte con colazione incluso. Il ricevitore era molto utile ed efficiente, ma l'hotel era ovviamente passato il suo meglio non solo perché mancanza di ospiti / caffè ecc a causa di covid .... nella stanza stessa posso dire sinceramente che la materna sul letto era la peggiore e Il più inconfortabile di ogni hotel che abbia mai soggiornato nella mia vita ! molto duro e lumpy probabilmente l' originale da quando l'hotel è stato costruito e ho avuto pezzi da numerosi bug di letto ! La luce nella stanza non era abbastanza luminosa solo un paio di piccole luci di parete di lampade gialla - il bagno aveva un lavoro che a volte riempiva, ma una bella doccia e colazione erano buoni.

Il personale è sempre un posto fantastico per stare in piedi, aiutandomi a lavarmi i vestiti, pagando un po' di più per stare in ritardo nella stanza (check-out tardi) tutto è buono. Un po' fuori città, ma ancora hanno forniture, il caffè è anche bello.

La prenotazione è la più costosa e si trova che è luminosa, spaziosa e bello. Il personale è amichevole e sorridente e disposto a fornire il servizio che possono. La colazione è ok, ma il caffè non è così buono. Ho chiesto un caffè fresco ma devo aspettare dopo, perché il personale che prepara arriva più tardi intorno 09.00 ma dobbiamo lasciare per un'altra area. Finora così buona per la zona intorno nong Khai. Il proprietario è bello e molto utile.

L'hotel è pulito, il personale parla molto bene. Portare tutto ciò che dubitiamo Abbiamo arrivato a Nong Khai per la prima volta con fan stranieri, molto impressionati, ma in camera, alcuni dispositivi sono danneggiati. Alcune luci sono azionate e spento, se puoi sistemarlo qui, sarà molto buono.

We travelled up to Nong Khai for the recent balloon Festival and had a room booked at the Royal Nakhara Hotel. As we drove in to the hotel car-park, we were impressed from the outside. Check-in was quick and easy and when we entered our allocated room, it was obvious that the décor and furnishings were a bit tired and dated - but not a problem. However, as we looked around at the room and amenities we noticed several things to disappoint us. First, we saw an enormous birds nest sat right on top of the aircon unit outside on the balcony. The balcony doors were locked (with no key) so we could not even go onto the balcony, but as the view from the balcony was of surrounding metal factory roofs, we had no great urge to go onto the balcony anyway. Walking around the room and bathroom we noticed quite a lot of long black hairs on the floor, obviously from the previous guests and when checking out the bathroom, noticed toothpaste stains and splashes all over the washbasin mirror above and, human defecation waste around the rim of the toilet basin. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned to a sufficient standard for the next guests. We really did not feel comfortable to stay here and notified the front desk, where a member of the management team and the housekeeper came to check on our findings. After showing them what we were unhappy with, the two members of staff went into the bathroom to discuss it but we could hear them talking and were shocked to hear that they thought we were making a fuss over trivial things. We decided that we were not comfortable to stay in the hotel any longer and asked to cancel the booking and we would find an alternative hotel. The staff initially refused to cancel the booking, then agreed, but said we would need to wait 15-30 days to receive a refund, which was not acceptable, considering that payment had been made instantly when booking the room. After further discussion and upon our insistence, the hotel did refund us the cost of the room and we sought to find alternative accommodation. We have no problem with a room being tired or dated, but that is no excuse for it not to be clean also, and the attitude to our concerns we heard being discussed (”its just only this, its only that”) were simply not acceptable for a service industry facility.

Il personale è carino, parla bene, ma il parcheggio è un po' troppo piccolo.
