L'atteggiamento del servizio è estremamente scadente. La reception alza gli occhi al cielo e parla male degli ospiti. Ci sono molti gradini davanti alla porta e non c'è personale per ritirare i bagagli. Il personale osserva impotente mentre gli ospiti portano su i bagagli e vai alla reception🫤

All the staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and bad attitude. Horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend to my friend and family even the view from the room is really good. I believe can find other similar hotel.

The location is good, the facilities are average, the room is small, the only thing worth it is the sea view and breakfast, the worst is the bathtub drain there are bugs, I wash down one at night, the next morning when I wake up and I find another.

Only thing not so good is no sound proved at all, can clearly heard the other room open door close door and even talking

The location of this hotel overlooking the Mediterranean and Promenade des Anglais is excellent, offering spectacular views, but it is about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre. Breakfast is a little disappointing for a hotel of this class, but a continental room service breakfast was offered at no additional charge. The rooms are small, but clean and well equipped and the staff is friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, pleasant for a night or two.

Lovely location. Clean and tidy. Air conditioning was not strong enough to maintain desired temperature.

這家酒店除了所在位置風景好之外一無是處。主要有三點:1,安全性無保障。酒店門隨意進出不用刷卡。從門口大廳，電梯到房間樓道都沒有看到有攝象頭。獨自出遊的朋友請謹慎選擇。2,住過這麼多家酒店第一次碰到前台辦理入住要我告知他們信用卡背面3位數Pin碼的，拒絕了也不行。不知道什麼意圖，這等於可以無卡消費了。3, 最好笑的是因為最後一天提早退房趕火車，但房費是包含早餐的，問能不能提早給我們準備幾份早餐。小氣到拒絕為我提供早餐打包，衹能在店裡吃？住過這麼多酒店也是第一家這情況。酒店早餐非常簡陋單一，小氣的連咖啡機及熱水也不擺出來，需要咖啡或茶都要向他們提要求。水果也不新鮮。

特別贊特別贊！想看海景又躺酒店度假的必選這家！趕上翻新完畢很整潔很嶄新的房間.前臺非常好非常友善 前一天的車很早到中午12點左右也幫忙入住了！裏面提供基本用品 但牙膏牙刷要自己帶哦 從機場過來很方便基本就是一條順着地鐵和公交.早餐個人覺得沒必要 如果懶得出去買吃也可以 或者點一份在房間拍照就可以.

非常一般～淡季1k➕可以嘗試一晚，真的非常一般。尊享房的陽台超級小，坐第二個人要移開桌子擠進去！比高級房的陽台還小，衹是樓層高！房間也很小 好像衹有某一個房間的陽台是大的，超無語

景色非常美麗！陽台風景很好！適合吃吃東西喝喝小酒，聊聊天，坐坐！白天，夜晚都是不一樣的風景！海水湛藍十分美麗！

整體超級滿意的一次入住 風景美如畫 應該佔據了尼斯最美的景觀 新裝修的 非常乾淨整潔 房間沒有很大 但是設施方便 夠用 暖乎乎的 都很舒適 大大的好評
