Hotel in zona Niagara Plaza, Cascate Del Niagara

L'hotel è così grande che le code al check-in richiedono molto tempo. L'unico vantaggio è che è relativamente vicino alla cascata, a 18 minuti a piedi. Al piano superiore c'è un ristorante con vista sulla cascata. Il cibo è nella media, ma la vista è buona. Le strutture sono un po' vecchie e la porta della doccia perde. C'è una vasca idromassaggio, enorme ma inutile. Il parcheggio è costoso, 50 dollari canadesi prima delle tasse. È a pochi minuti di macchina dall'hotel e non lontano dall'hotel. L'ascensore era molto lento, quindi siamo scesi e abbiamo aspettato un po'. Il parcheggio costa 50 dollari canadesi più più di 10 yuan di tasse e commissioni.

I booked a King-size bed suite for Labor Day weekend from here and then read so many negative comments about it (well I normally read the reviews before booking a stay but this time was a last minute booking and I found a good deal with only a couple suites left so I booked it right away), so I was worried. As many reviewers wrote the line to check-in was long (it was 3:45pm when we got there), yet there was a note saying they are currently updating the system/software, and the manager did come out and apologized for the wait by saying she was short of staff. Also, before Starbucks closed the staff made some ice capp (sample size) for the line. Both the manager came out addressing the wait and the coffee were nice gestures. Throughout the 20 mins wait I did see a few transaction problems with credit cards not going through and booking issues from specific booking sites. When it was our turn, the guy who served us did not greet us but only asked for my last name and then told me there was a parking fee and resort fee, and told me 2 times that there would be a $150 deposit, which I knew beforehand, and then asked me to sign. From the indifferent facial expression on the 3 check-in staff I could tell they had a long (and possibly rough) day enduring the frustration from the technical issues and customers who might have bias from reading negative reviews before coming. While I am a customer expecting good customer service, believing they should portrait the expected professionalism, that includes at least a decent greeting and smile which I can normally get from a cashier at a supermarket, I would lower my expectation this time to not let anything affect my mood with my loved one for this stay. Maybe I had expected worse, but honestly this was actually not bad at all. (On our way up we came across 2 cleaning ladies who greeted us with smiles) So we got a suite on the top floor - I must say it is super clean and pleasant! The toilet tank has a little leak to the bowl so there is a small ongoing water sound but that is the only imperfect thing inside the suite. I am very pleased with the room. I read before about someone drank the bottled water and got charged, there's actually a price tag/note on the bottle. So to be fair people need to read for what is communicated to you. To make the resort fee well spent I had a swim before it closed (although it is expensive to pay $20 for a swim and it is hard to agree with such ”resort fee”). Again, it was clean and pleasant. The water wasn't warm enough for small kids as I saw some could only stay for a few minutes then left, so it was good for real swimmers like us who could enjoy a small-kids-free swim time. Many booking sites said there is a sauna room but we couldn't find one, the staff at the reception said he didn't know there is one, and we caught another staff near the pool and asked and he said many years ago there was one but not anymore. The daily specials at the restaurant Don Cherry and the breakfast menu are costing nothing more than any other entry level restaurants/chain eateries nearby so I think it is good and convenient to just dine in downstairs, especially on rainy days. So I am writing this to provide a more balanced view. I believe many who think their expectations unmet would vent by writing a bad review, and I do believe bad experiences do happen, yet at the same time most won't care to share their experiences if things are fine and okay. For me, after reading so many negative comments I feel that I can give my honest review to show the other side of the coin - This is only fair for the hotel and the staff who did do a great job, like the staff, Eva, who cleaned our room, and those who stock the pool with clean towels and keep the area clean :-) (My deposit was clear upon check-out, unlike some reviewers wrote that they did not get back the money after a week) Read less

Le signore erano tutte meravigliose, grande personale, soprattutto il desk front. la stanza era destinata a essere una stanza di vista caduta, ci siamo messi sul 6° piano, un piano al di sopra della mezzanina, tutto quello che abbiamo visto era alberi. anche trovato 3 spider nella stanza che mi spaventavano senza merda Non mi piace la creepie crawlie. In ogni luogo grande per l'hotel, ma la mia vista non era quella che hanno annunciato. I pacchetti di vino sono tutti in ”niagra-on-the-lake, il bus Wego richiede quasi un'ora per arrivare li insieme ai trasferimenti alla linea arancione. Le signore del ristorante sul sito sono super utile e caldo. Sono stati inclusi i passaggi di primavera bruciata, ma l'oasi spa non è niente da scrivere a casa.

Super tolle Lage an den Niagara Fällen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Niagara Fälle. Freundlicher Empfang. Valet Parking für unseren Miet SUV = 100 Kanadische Dollar. Aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Hotel sehr beliebt und daher von sehr vielen Menschen besucht. Der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet bereits um 7:30 Uhr ist immens. Wartezeit am Buffet für ein Omelett mind. 20 Minuten und beim Rest vom Buffet geht es drunter und drüber. Sitzplätze werden selber ausgesucht was zu einem mittleren Chaos führt. Das Personal ist heillos überfordert. Hier sollte man die Frühstückspolitik eventuell nochmal überdenken. Einzig toll am Frühstück ist der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle

Il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza è molto rumoroso, ci sono molti usb, la vista è la torre del faro con vista sulla città, è relativamente vicino alla strada commerciale, c'è un ristorante al piano di sotto, la colazione a buffet è molto buona, se hai bisogno di un vista, non è adatto.

The bathroom was a bit tight, but the building was constructed in 1929, so that can be understood. The bathroom could use a little updating, though, as the wallpaper is old and quite unattractive, and the three-tier shelf was missing one of the glass shelf pieces (and with a bathroom that small, you need all the space you can get!). Aside from that, the room was a decent size, and the pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable. We prefer scratchy towels, and the ones we had in our room were the most scratchy towels that we've ever received at a hotel, so that is a plus. Additionally, all of the staff were quite friendly, and the building/property were kept clean and tidy, even with as busy as it was when we stayed (during peak season). If you're looking to be near all of the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill, and don't mind a healthy stroll to the Falls, the Crowne Plaza is a nice place to stay. Just be sure not to pass the entrance for the parking lot on Falls Avenue, as it looks just like the sidewalk, and not like a driveway (it's immediately past the small ”Crowne Plaza” sign)!

La stanza di paesaggio di lama prenotata è in manutenzione, possiamo vivere in Hilton Niagara Falls / Fallsview Hotel & Suites allo stesso livello. Sento che la posizione di Hilton è peggio di Ox.

L'hotel a distanza non è accessibile sedia a rotelle abbiamo avuto un inferno di tempo per farmi entrare e uscire dalle due porte. Avrei chiesto prima di me se l'hotel e la stanza fosse accessibile sedia a rotelle. L'ascensore si scioglie muschio. Prenotiamo per 3 notti. Quando entrammo nella stanza, anche il muschio fuso, ma non ci pensavamo a nulla. La prima stanza che ci mettevano in una delle lampade lavorava su tre. Noi la TV era neve e abbiamo detto qualcosa al divano davanti e ci hanno detto che avevano problemi con il cavo. I commutatori accanto al letto solo 1 funzionavano e sembravano immersi nel muro. Il mio seggiolone era quasi a pezzi dalla porta della stanza.Mio marito e io ci svegliamo al mattino, tutti congestionati.Mio marito ha notato danni all'acqua nell'angolo della goccia. Li abbiamo detto al divano davanti e hanno detto che qualcuno lo avrebbe guardato. Quando siamo tornati dai giorni di fuori, non c'è stato niente. Mio marito è andato al divano per recuperare i nostri soldi perché sono allergico a mollare. Perche' abbiamo prenotato online non potevano restituire, ma ci hanno trasferito in una stanza con un tubo di jacuzzi in esso. Bassa e guardare la TV funziona perfettamente. Non ci sono abbastanza asciugamani per 2 persone lasciate nella stanza. Tra due macchine di ghiaccio, solo uno lavorava, ma solo poco. Il ristorante non ha mai postato ore. Siamo andati alla piscina, eravamo molto delusi di trovare il tubo caldo andato via, e la piscina sembrava non essere stata pulita per un po'. Non c'era odore di cloro la corda che doveva attraversare il centro della piscina era legata al ferro e l'altra estremità all'anello di emergenza.

Dopo aver trascorso due notti in una camera Partial Fallsview ho prenotato l'American Fallsview per una terza notte e che differenza! Questa stanza è molto più grande, più bella, ha una vista migliore ed è più silenziosa. Ho trascorso la giornata presso la piscina sul tetto, che era super affollata ma molto carina. Le bevande sono decisamente troppo care ma nel complesso è stata un'esperienza incantevole.
