The location is a bit of an isolated, budget friendly place but we could have booked a nicer place for $10 more. The booking says include breakfast for 4 people but they barely have anything to call it a "decent breakfast" they have cereals, sliced bread, and coffee for breakfast.

Motel location is execellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk and housekeeping service was very good. Entire staff friendly and helpful. Manager guided us to attraction and direction. Value for money. Will definitely visit again

Nice quite place, comfortable beds, TV, friendly and efficient staff. Quiet from the city.but quick access to all the places located near to the river. A small swimming pool outside. We are getting for what we payed. The breakfast is minimal but I am surprised with that because the amount I payed includes breakfast. Adding to that a helpful staff is always an asset to the business I saw that there.

Great location, safe, neat and clean. Customer service was outstanding. The person at the front desk did his level best to serve me. I also had an excellent conversation with the manager who told me more about the place and attractions and best restaurants around the area.

clean/friendly staff/ good internet speed. location is about 50 min far from night life. So close to Gotrain and bus station (15 min by walk)

Rooms are basic but clean, the beds are comfortable No complaints from sleeping. Our light flickered and one was burnt out so the room was quite dark but that’s the only thing. Breakfast was basic but good (toast w/jam&butter) cereal and tea/coffee. Very close to wego station about 5 minutes walk.

The picture of the hotel was totally different than what the hotel actually looked like! I am extremely disappointed and unhappy! They charged me $179 dollars and the room was actually $79 dollars they owe me a refund! The worst experience in Canada for my first time visiting the country! I’ll NEVER stay at a Super 8 hotel in my entire life!

I got to my room no cups no towels. $90.00 fri $150.00 sat my friend rolled down her bedding and inside tucked away was a dirty sock. Front desk sorry the guy was not very into his job. Sunday checkout 1030am door locked no staff. SAD SAD it could of been cleaner as well.

No water bottles in the room had to go to gas station at 2 am to get drinking water bottles due to the reason no one was available at front desk

We checked in early with Terry, he was friendly and welcoming. He acknowledged our rewards status and asked if there was anything else we needed. This property has had some updates since our last stay, they have eliminated the smoking rooms and removed the carpet and replaced the furniture in those rooms. It is a bit of an older property but it is comfortable. They have an ice machine and free parking which is a bonus.
