The only thing I liked about this hotel was the clean rooms. Everything else: a major disappointment. We checked in Thursday 7/21, and the front desk computers were down. The front desk agent registered me by pen and paper, it took 25 minutes. When I went to my room, the air conditioner wasn't working, so I had to go back to the front desk and change my room (another 10 minutes by pen and paper). The air conditioning units in each room, lobby, and dining area were over 30 years old. The hotel itself (lobby, dining area, exterior building, landscaping, and parking lot) wasn't well maintained and didn't reflect the photos shown on the Travelocity website. There was peeling paint in our guest bathroom, and the furniture in the lobby was faded, dirty, and worn. The lobby computer was sitting on a desk that was bar high, but had a normal sized chair instead of a bar stool. The lobby computer also had unreliable internet connectivity. The bathroom had motion sensors that turned the light and fan on every time you walked in or past the bathroom. The front desk had staff who were visibly frustrated and unmotivated regarding the issues with the hotel. Two front desk personnel informed me they were on the receiving end of other angry, dissatisfied guests. The housekeeping staff wore regular clothes, not clothing indicating they were housekeeping; some of their clothes were untidy, and one of them was wearing jeans without a belt; his pants were hanging below his butt. Both ice machines were out of order. The website listed an outdoor swimming pool. but it was located at the adjacent hotel (a rundown hotel) next door and it was out of order. It didn't look like the pictures on the website. At 1215am Friday a front desk agent knocked on my door because they forgot I moved to another room. He needed to confirm that the room was occupied and not vacant. Breakfast had very few items, some of the items, such as fruit appeared frozen and almost rotten. I paid for two rooms for a total of $988 for an average cost of $165 a night. I rate this hotel as two stars. When it comes to hotels, first impressions and overall presentation are two key factors. Based on my three night experience, I won’t be returning. I did speak to the manager about the issues, and I received a $100 credit on my hotel bill. However, offering small credits pale in comparison to the overall issues of this hotel. The management and ownership seemed to care more about business than repeat business. When speaking to them directly, I felt they offered lip service, but no genuine concern for the issues with the hotel. I believe the issues I had with this hotel aren’t recent, and management nor ownership hasn’t taken any steps to improve the minor issues and the overall appearance and services of this hotel. Without an external inspection or audit, I feel the issues will be an ongoing experience for anyone who stays there.

Abbiamo viaggiato in tutta gli Stati Uniti per ＞60 giorni. Il nostro marchio di scelta hotel è un Marriott. Purtroppo questo non era al livello che abbiamo aspettato. Quando sono entrato nella nostra stanza ho individuato che la telecamera non funzionava. Era l'unica serata che volevamo guardare un film prima del letto (tempo limitato per il viaggio il giorno successivo), e ho chiamato immediatamente per chiedere a qualcuno di venire in camera. Più di 30 minuti dopo (e un altro richiamo) un gentiluomo è arrivato e ha confermato le batterie necessarie per cambiarle, e poi le ha cambiate. Tutte le aspettative (circa 45 minuti in totale) ci hanno perso l'opportunità di ordinare da qualsiasi luogo la cena. Non molto, ma il parcheggio era facile e il servizio al ristorante per colazione la mattina seguente era eccellente.

Abbiamo avuto la nostra nipote e da quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo controllato Davide e ci ha aiutato a cambiare la nostra stanza a 2 letti, un re solo a colazione, al mattino. Ti trattano come una famiglia e hanno fatto eccitare la nostra nonna ogni volta che li ha visti. La signora che ha fatto colazione era davvero sorprendente. Così la nostra nonna le ha dato un grande colpo e ha guardato in attesa di vederla ogni mattina. Tutto era pulito e David era di nuovo sorprendente che la gente che si prende cura di lei lavorasse lì e che fa una grande differenza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel diverse volte in passato e abbiamo sempre avuto una buona esperienza. Ci siamo soggiornati in una King Bed Suite w/kitchen & sofa. Le camere erano piuttosto tranquille e questo è molto dire da quando sono un sonno molto leggero! Abbiamo fatto un viaggio di famiglia per Busch Gardens (circa 15 minuti). La stanza era molto pulita. Il personale era meraviglioso! Tutti ci salutarono con un sorriso e si trovavano molto acomodi a qualsiasi richiesta che avessimo. Tina, con la custodia, era incredibilmente dolce quando doveva venire a casa nostra tardi di notte per portarci qualcosa, e il divano era molto amichevole con ogni interazione. Il personale del colazione era attento e sempre chiesto se potesse aiutarci con qualcosa. Il colazione non è il migliore, ma è abbastanza buono per farci andare per il giorno. Il personale dovrebbe essere riconosciuto per renderci felici e renderla così piacevole.
