Il prezzo è molto appropriato. L'hotel è nella zona di vacanza, l'ambiente è super bella.

Hotel Refurb è davvero buono - spazioso , camere calde e il personale di front desk sono sempre amichevole - benvenuto +utilizzato . Niente è troppo difficile per il personale qui. Grazie a Sanjay per aver organizzato la mia prenotazione . È un hotel occupato, ma Sanjay è amichevole + utile + ha sempre il tempo di risolvere qualsiasi problema.

Lovely hotel, very clean and been here several times as we use this hotel as a base for paultons parks. However we were put into room 19 and for the first time we were a little gutted about the walls in the room. They must have had a water leak as there was paint coming off the walls plus as we moved the single bed it was full of flaky paint bits over the floor. Also the pelmet above the curtains was damaged and there was a hole in it. We’ve been lucky in the past to get a tidy room but a little surprised that this issue hasn’t been noticed by the cleaners or maintenance. Wouldn’t put us off staying there next time but hopefully not in a room with the same issues.
