Hotels con Colazione a Newark

The only thing I have positive to say about this hotel, and the only reason it is 3 and not a 1, is the person who checked us in was great. I had two rooms and they were both DISGUSTING. The room I stayed in (Room 522) had long, black hairs on the duvet cover and on the bathroom floor. The drain in the shower was so clogged with hair and nastiness that a 5 minute shower resulted in the water being above your ankle. The water was still in it the next morning so I had to pull hair and muck out so kids could take a shower. My second room (Room 520) had urine all long the back of the toilet. There was so much urine that it had dripped down the side of the toilet and you could see dried urine spots on the bathroom floor. It was clear that the beds were made bu the rooms were not clean. Who know if the sheets were even switched out. I had no other choice for hotels in the area because they were all sold out. I did not report these disgusting room because I knew it didn't matter and I would get a chance to rate the hotel. As a Diamond member, I am very embarrassed for Hilton.

Un grande hotel con una buona posizione e un amichevole personale. Qualsiasi problema è stato gestito in modo rapido ed efficiente dal personale, ma non c'erano problemi. La stanza era pulita e perfetta per il nostro soggiorno di fine settimana. Raccomando assolutamente a chiunque abbia bisogno di un soggiorno intorno alla zona Newark.

Grande luogo per soggiornare. Buon servizio e buon cibo! Trenta volta rimanere lì e saremo di nuovo.
