La camera assegnata era sul lato interno purtroppo molto rumorosa e i doppi vetri non aiutano ad eliminare il rumore. Chiesto il cambio camera ma non è stato possibile perché pieno ma hanno fornito i tappi per le orecchie. Pulizia impeccabile e servizi perfetti.

我去伯克利大學很多次，這個是伯克利大學附近最好的酒店，衞生也不錯，關健是房間比較大，但是早餐很是一般。

超滿意！房間很大還有陽台！住的很舒服，走路幾分鐘就是地鐵站，在市中心，旁邊就是便利店，下次還住！

We had a fantastic stay at the Bernic - a no-fuss, but clean and safe hotel close to many amenities in the city. Would recommend!

The Bernic is quaint and stylishly comfortable, with outstanding customer service. Wonderfully located within walking distance of Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral and the fabulous shops along Fifth Avenue, it’s a tourist’s perfect find. The bonus? An amazing authentic Italian Restaurant, Allora, in the hotel. Dinner there makes the stay exceptional. Well done.

Night and day staff are just that—night and day. Night staff display short, curt, behaviors that are discriminatory in nature, dismissive, and overall rude.

It wasn't a King bedroom, it was more like a full to Queen bed. The accomodations wasn't friendly. I wanted to do an extended day same room & the night Concierge was like no,, because it was already being available to someone else. She didn't try to at least get me another room. But the morning Concierge, Lady named Myra, was very helpful & gave me an extra hour for the room so, I could look for another hotel, which turned out to be around the corner, & also complimentary breakfast for guest. I was very disappointed with a high profile hotel, that couldn't accommodate me. Don't know if I'll stay there again.

Great place! Staff was very nice & very helpful when it came to parking! Hotel was very nice & clean, we will definitely be bringing our family back!

Cold water faucet was broken so I only use hot water a whole time. Other than that like location and customer service was great.

Absolutely loved the staff, hotel and the area we were in. Super close to grand central station and easy access to anywhere you want to go in NYC. We plan to stay at the Bernic next time we’re back!

Very small, but clean room, but the AC unit was noisy and the thermostat did not work, so I awoke in the middle of the night to an 85-degree room temp. Between that and the noisy unit, I got very little sleep. The USB ports in the lamp were broken as well.
