這家chedi真的是非常的不推薦！ 房間空調一會跳掉一會跳掉 浴室設計極其撿漏且規劃很不合理 淋浴房設計的極小 水壓也非常小 洗澡很不舒服 客房清潔也一塌糊塗 打掃房間也不放新的牙具和棉簽 雙床房間顯然是兩個人住 衹放一雙拖鞋也不知道是什麼意思 酒店公共區域也很小 十分鐘就可以逛完了 服務也跟不太上 快3000一晚的酒店真的是非常不值得

歐美人居多。 中國人很少。 房間內部經濟快捷型。 酒店打造小眾服務。 不大。 度假酒店那種。 風景美， 海灘小，面積小。 總房間數少。 攜程影響力小， 不如海外的訂房app。

就這個集團的通病 景色五星級 室內裝修連3星級都沒有 WiFi基本可愁人 室內衹要開門空調自動停…… 洗澡水需要放好久才能熱 下水還不通暢……

不愧是東南亞知名度假連鎖的品質，幾乎讓人忘記在埃及。推開房門就是沙灘和大海，員工的服務意識極佳，spa也是專程找來的印尼技師。el gouna比起鄰近的hurghada人少很多，在紅海躺幾天的首選之地！

Ho soggiornato 5 giorni nel resort the Chedi in ElGouna, è stata una vacanza fantastica, oltre il posto magnifico il cibo eccellente il personale è attento a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente.

Un posto incantevole, un mare meraviglioso, una camera fronte spiaggia , un vero sogno! Consiglio vivamente: riservato, senza un rumore , cibo ottimo. Un hotel meraviglioso, lo staff e’ perfetto e attento. Tornerò sicuramente ancora e spero presto !!

Albergo molto bello. Ottimi servizi. Colazione eccellente. Personale gentile e disponibile in tutti i settori. Reception non del tutto all'altezza ma sufficiente. Un particolare ringraziamento a Mina shehata e Ali (housekeeping) camera 1204. Tutti e due molto gentili e precisi.

Ottima struttura con spiaggia privata, da sogno la vista dalle camere situate direttamente sulla spiaggia. Personale super efficiente e molto preparato: menzione particolare all’addetto alla spiaggia Ibrahim Mongy, ai due assistenti della palestra Mohamed Mostafa e Heba Badr e al receptionist Hithan Hafez.

The Chedi is one of my favourite places I've ever went to. Me and my wife went there for our honeymoon and every expectation exceeded our imagination. The hotel personal are of the most kindes human beeings and I can gladly recommend everyone to visit this awesome hotel

The Chedi El Gouna does not disappoint. The layered hotel is a beautiful collection of rooms and villas facing the tranquil red sea. Private beach, huge pool and staff friendlier than the warm sunshine. The breakfast experience alone is worth the visit, starting your day greeted by the staff and enjoying fresh selection of eggs, fruit and pastry. The rooms are well designed, with a homely chic feel. The hotel is also well located with a short tuktuk ride into downtown where you will find bustling street life. Excellent recommendation if you wish to escape by the sea, in an architecturally peaceful environment filled with lush green landscapes.

Everything was amazing , the view from our room was unforgettable!! Relax and chill in this hotel!!! Thanks for Niveen from the main restaurant, the breakfast was fancy and tasty !! Beach was clean … highly recommended Iy will not be our last visit Enshalla

Wonderful stay, we enjoyed to the the max, The staff were friendly and the hotel design is spectacular. The beach area is amazing, feels secluded and very relaxing. Both lagoon and sea are beautiful, Beautiful landscaping, nice sized rooms and bathroom, close to downtown.

The Chedi is a gem in Egypt, the staff were reading all our wishes from our lips and we were spending fabulous time there. We travelled already several times to Egypt but never have experienced such a welcoming feeling like here. Service is written big here. You feel yourself like coming home. And we will come back home for sure again. Great job to all at the Chedi. See you hopefully soon again.
