Quality Inn JFK Airport Rockaway Blvd

The only good thing in this hotel is it's near JFK. But don't consider that as a reason to stay here. The public areas smells like ****. Especially the hallway and elevator. They have a poor customer service. They only serve cereal for the breakfast included in your room, that's not what you want to eat after a cancelled flight or delayed flight. Don't stay here. Save your dollars for a place where it's worth it!!!!

The pictures lie! Room needed to be udated and have a deep cleaning. Breakfast was handed to us in a bag - bagel, jelly, muffin, overripe banana. Only redeaming factor is that they have a shuttle to and from JFK and we only spent 1 night.

This place is a dump. Saggy beds, pilled pillowcases, a lobby with sketchy hangers-on, security cameras monitored at a front desk behind plexiglass. Noisy, especially 1st floor rooms near breakfast area. Shuttle only runs on the hour. Driver won’t even help load bags. Stay anywhere else.

Due to a long layover we decided to book a night here and head into the city for a few hours. On arrival the hotel looked a lot more run down that the pictures on the booking site we used. Even our Uber driver said “oh at least it’s only a night” - that should have been our first clue. We entered the hotel and the receptionist was on the phone dealing with a complaint. Whilst waiting, a man and a lady walked in. He has no shoes on and she was intoxicated to a point where her head was slumped & it was awful to witness. He jumped in front of us in the queue and was requesting a room. Credit where it’s due, the receptionist asked him to move aside while she dealt with us as we’d waited a while. We got to our room, DIRTY! It was that dirty neither of us wanted to get a shower for risk of catching something. There was hair everywhere, the floor wasn’t cleaned & blood on the back of the bathroom door and the bedroom wall. We questioned leaving the bags there whilst going into the city and then sleeping in the airport. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in my life & I have travelled a lot. As we left for the city, there were some questionable characters outside and it didn’t feel safe. Another uber driver advised us that it wasn’t a safe location & that we needed to be careful & on guard lol Just don’t - pay extra and get somewhere you can actually sleep in & feel safe & comfortable- nothing worse after a 9 hour flight

I'm a Choice employee working for a platinum award hotel in Canada. I have use my employee code SED to make a reservation. I spent 7 hours on the road to get there, it's 2h30 AM, at the reception they tell me they have cancelled my reservation without notice because they don't do SED and they have rent the room at higher price. They have already pre-authorize my credit card. How can you treat a colleague and a human like that? If I didn't have family to call I would have slept in the car.

JFK周邊的機場酒店價格都比較貴，比較之後選擇了這家。很普通的經濟型酒店，而且周邊有點冷清，酒店前台像銀行一樣有防彈玻璃保護着。房間衞生狀況一般，還比較寬敞，早餐也比較簡單。提供到機場的接送服務，作為轉機停留一晚的選擇還可以。

紐約JFK機場周邊酒店都不便宜，這家入住前看評價都不高。住過後覺得還行，衹是房間有些潮濕味道。如果必須在jfk坐飛機，選擇這個也行。
