Struttura nuova, personale gentilissimo. Colazione caotica, ma di grossa quantità. Camere ampie, nuove. Pulizia ottima. Il quartiere lascia un po’ a desiderare, ma nulla di problematico.

Devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dall'accoglienza e dalla camera. Tutto perfetto. Personale gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni piccola richiesta. L'unica cosa negativa è il rimborso della cauzione che non avviene al checkout come avviene generalmente da noi in Europa, quindi se vi servono quei soldi non contateci, non ve li rimborsano, dovete aspettare qualche giorno. Consigliato malgrado questa cosa antipatica.

Servizio veloce e cordiale al momento del check-in e del check-out. La camera era accogliente ma spaziosa e moderna con una bella vista delle luci della città, ma sorprendentemente silenziosa. Il servizio di parcheggio ha preso una buona macchina e ci tornerò quando tornerò a New York.

This was our first time in New York, and this location was close to the train station. We were able to get around very quickly from this location. The breakfast was always fresh and different daily. I would stay here again. Thank you to all the front lobby/bar kitchen staff, fellas, and ladies for making our vacation an excellent New York experience. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a fabulous time!

Loved this hotel very much. Incredible breakfast, clean rooms, the friendliest staff. Sadoni from the morning breakfast was very friendly and lovely every day

Big rooms with equipped kitchen,
Excellent for long stays.
Very close to Manhattan by subway.
Great service
Average breakfast, (for non-Americans) :it includes a lot of sugar, not quality coffee and no vegetables at all.
