Me and Harlem go way back. Aloft Harlem used to be my go to hotel before I started staying more on the lower east side. In fact, a Marriott employee who used to work at Aloft directed me to this brand new, just opened hotel. I was excited to return to uptown and stay in this spot! I wanted to love this hotel. I don’t like giving lackluster reviews and feeling like a Karen. But over two nights, the transgressions just piled up. I’m a Marriott ambassador who stays in hotels about 240 nights a year. I never bring up my status. This might be the first time I actually uttered in frustration, “it’s September and I’ve already spent 27,000 dollars at these hotels, why is this so hard?” Upon checkin, it took almost an hour. This is even more frustrating because my first night was business and my company always sends a spending authorization. Two days in a row I checked with the hotel to see if they had received the authorization. They lost the first one. They mismanaged the second one. I always call or chat ahead to ensure a smooth checkin. It was still a mess when I arrived. The room was a “Central Park view.” I should have known better; I don’t know why I believed this title. I know New York geography better than that. I was looking into a building. Central Park facing or in the direction of Central Park shouldn’t be called central park view. I had changed from the city view to the Central Park view before arrival and I guess I’m glad I did because while they were trying to figure out my reservation they mentioned they had oversold the city view rooms. I will say the black out shades do a great job. The bed was fine. Sheets were a little co****. This hotel costs close to what a Moxy costs, so their sheets should be comparably smooth and comfortable. The bathroom was an absolute joke. Maybe not all the rooms are like mine, but mine may as well not have had a door. As you can see in my photos, the door is for “art.” There is a huge gap where you can see everything! Like probably 12 inches or greater of a gap! Who designed this and thought it was a great idea?! Glad I was alone. The air unit is SUPER loud. Doesn’t bother me as much since we usually have a fan on at home, but it was so loud that when it came on, I had to turn the TV up. It will likely bother some people. And you can hear everything through the walls. Oh, and the toilet clogged twice. And one of the days, the hot water was off all day for repairs, though that’s out of anyone’s control. It’s just giving context to a very un-relaxing stay. Back to the front desk mess—I later noted a destination fee on my bill (I had two separate bills because one night was business and one was personal). I don’t mind destination fees—I’ve had them at many Marriott properties. But I was never informed of this one. I even asked at the restaurant, and they had no idea. I finally went to the desk and asked and they explained I should have been given vouchers for each ni

Inizialmente prenotato questo hotel che sostituisce l'appartamento precedente. Dopo aver raggiunto è poco lontano dalla città ma molto conveniente servizio autobus appena fuori dall'hotel in strada 158 vi porta la 42esima strada. Bella e molto pulita grande camera. È perfetto per coloro che vogliono rilassarsi in atmosfera di pace. Front Counter sempre accolto con faccia sorridente. Specialmente il colombiano disposto a fornire tutta la vostra assistenza. Una buona cosa gratis caffè in diversi gusti sempre in attesa di voi 24/7. In generale resterò di nuovo il mio prossimo viaggio per certo 👍

Buon hotel, buon soggiorno. Stavo solo per 1 notte a causa del lavoro di riparazione nella mia apt. La stanza 104F era bella, pulita, ben mantenuta, letto e cuscini comodi. Il personale dell'hotel è bello e utile. Questo hotel è anche circa 10-15min distanza a piedi dalla linea di transito NJ bus a NYC 4.50bus tariffa) in caso di voler evitare di guidare in/taxi. La camera era molto bella ma adeguata. Avrei apprezzato un cestino per i rifiuti in camera. La temperatura nella stanza era perfetta anche se non poteva essere regolata. Il bagno nel corridoio è stato il più deludente. Un bagno era chiuso a chiave e non utilizzabile, un altro non aveva una porta con serratura e il distributore di servizi igienici del terzo si intrometteva nel tuo spazio personale. Le tende della doccia avevano macchie di muffa. C'era spazio limitato per sistemare i tuoi articoli da toeletta. La porta del bagno delle donne era socchiusa, il che riduceva la privacy.

La stanza non è grande e le strutture e le attrezzature sono un po' vecchie, ma sono relativamente pulite. Anche il letto è molto comodo e utile per dormire. È molto vicino allo Status Ferry (gratuito, ogni mezz'ora tutto il giorno) e al punto di imbarco a pagamento Statua della Libertà/Ellis Island. Le attrazioni vicine sono raggiungibili a piedi, tra cui la Federal Hall, la Federal Reserve degli Stati Uniti e la Trinity Church. Ci vuole mezz'ora per raggiungere a piedi il ponte di Brooklyn e scattare foto al centro del ponte. C'è un Whole Foods Market a Wall Street non lontano dall'hotel. Dopo aver acquistato il cibo, puoi mangiare nel ristorante al piano di sotto. Offre zuppa calda, sushi e cibo occidentale. È molto conveniente e adatto allo stomaco cinese i prezzi del ristorante, tasse e mance, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Estremamente povero. Dalla preautorizzazione risultava che il pagamento era già stato effettuato ma diceva che non era stata strisciata e ho cambiato tre carte. Non c'era niente nella stanza tranne alcune bottiglie di shampoo e articoli da toeletta, nemmeno una descrizione della stanza. L'asciugacapelli era rotto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza era pessima e la moquette era sporca. La colazione non era niente di buono. La cosa più strana è che il rasoio, il sapone e una bottiglia piena di detergente viso HR che avevo portato mi sono stati portati via dal cameriere, e nessuno si è fatto carico delle successive perquisizioni, spingendoli di qua e di là. Non ho mai visto un hotel a stelle così brutto! ! !

We really enjoyed our stay. Only a $4.50 bus ride to NYC. Bus picks you up in front of hotel. Also close to dream mall. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and showers were hot. Hotel is a short ride to American Dream Mall. Very reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Questo hotel è stato inaugurato di recente nel 2023. Le camere sono nuove di zecca Sono molto più grandi del Moxy dove ho soggiornato prima a Washington. C'è una macchina da caffè in camera, che è facile da usare un piccolo bar nella hall, comodo per lo shopping. Tuttavia, non ci sono ancora pantofole e scaldabagni.
