Great location near Connaught place. Comfortable hotel with a nice pool, unfortunately food and drinks are not allowed by the pool so it’s not an area for relaxing just for swimming which was a shame as the pool itself is really nice. The bar wasn’t open a lot of the time and the restaurant was quite soulless. All in all an adequate stay with staff doing their best but not very efficiently run by ***agement it felt. Breakfast a good selection. Restaurant quite expensive comparatively to other places. Felt like a premier inn type stay rather than a hotel, we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same money.

Upon arrival at 2am we were taken to our ‘heritage’ room. Having booked a twin bedded room through a UK tour operator we had room 148 .. dark and not very inviting. Bearing in mind it was 2am, we showered and went to bed. The hotel did not have much to offer us in the way of twin bedded rooms, but room 254 which we were told is the same category, was far better. Brighter, it felt larger and had a separate shower to the bath, unlike 148. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay. All the staff were helpful and polite. Swimming pool was very much needed after after our morning sightseeing. Breakfast is very good with an excellent omelette chef. We tried all 3 restaurants, enjoying our meals.

Questo hotel è un piccolo gioiello e un prezzo d'occasione. Ti consiglio vivamente di ri***ere qui mentre visiti Delhi. L'hotel dispone di camere ampie, molto pulite e dotate di cassaforte, bollitore per il tè, tv e l'ambiente più incantevole con un letto comodo. La posizione è perfetta. È una fermata dall'aeroporto all'aeroporto per New Delhi express. Sono circa 10 minuti per l'aeroporto. La stazione ferroviaria è a pochi passi dall'hotel. La stessa stazione ti porterà a Nuova Delhi molto velocemente e la tariffa è di circa 5 centesimi! Il problema più grande è che l'orario di check-in è alle 14:00. Quindi se atterri presto devi aspettare fino alle 14:00.

Chef Bharat ha creato un pranzo delizioso specialmente per noi. Il nostro server Jatin ha superato la richiesta di cercare il nostro comfort e ci ha resi molto benvenuti. Inoltre, grazie a Vinod dalla sezione buffet per averci aiutato a scegliere il nostro cibo. E' molto bello sperimentare tale ospitalità. Ho avuto un'esperienza straordinaria di colazione al ristorante K3 in JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, Delhi. Inizialmente sono andato in sala colazione per avere solo frutta, visto che era il giorno di festa di Ekadashi, un momento in cui mi sono astenuto dal consumare cereali. Tuttavia, secondo le tradizioni di Vaishnava, mi è permesso preparare cibo con chinoa; per la mia piacevole sorpresa, il capo Sudheer Kumar mi ha avvicinato, ansioso di migliorare la mia esperienza di colazione a JW Marriott. Condivido con lui che era il mio giorno di festa di Ekadashi e che mi era stato permesso di mangiare solo piatti preparati con chinoa. Poi ho chiesto se potesse preparare per me un pasto che comprendeva vari vegetali, ma non c’era alcun grano. Sottoscritto dalla mia richiesta, mi ha assicurato di cercare di rispettare la mia restrizione alimentare e di lasciare per preparare il pasto. in un momento, egli ritornò con un bocco di Quinoa Upma, esaltando un piacevole aroma. Il sapore era semplicemente favoloso, ben oltre le mie aspettative. Io credo veramente che la misericordia del Signore Krishna, attraverso il capo Sudheer Kumar, sia stata quella che mi ha reso così speciale. Questa piacevole esperienza è stata resa possibile dal servizio dedicato del capo Sudheer Kumar e dalla squadra attenta di JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity. E ogni soggiorno è stato assolutamente meraviglioso. Interessante, vengo da Boston e, pur apprezzando i servizi forniti dagli stabilimenti JW Marriott negli Stati Uniti, credo che il servizio unicamente personalizzato che ho ricevuto qui oggi sia incomparabile.

La camera era bella e molto spaziosa. I bagni sono puliti. Purtroppo la piscina era sotto la ristrutturazione, quindi non abbiamo potuto sperimentarla. La palestra è piccola ma il lavoro è fatto. La colazione è molto deliziosa, e c'è un bellissimo negozio di libri e souvenir all'interno dell'hotel. I servizi ospiti erano un po' divertenti: abbiamo chiamato poche volte per il lavaggio senza risposta, e abbiamo avuto due problemi con la nostra fattura di lavaggio. In generale, non tanto professionale quanto l'altro personale che abbiamo incontrato. Noi rimarremmo!

questo è uno di quegli alberghi di lusso che non tradiscono mai. ogni cosa è perfettamente studiata per non creare imbarazzo nel cliente: tutto è ordinato al posto giusta, nell'ordine giusto e senza disturbare pace tranquillità. La camera dava sul retro quindi su un mare di verde, non dimenticate che New Delhi è una città piena di verde nonostante i suoi 20 mio abitanti o forse più. Il gabinetto è a rischio se lo vede Elon Musk, che non ama più l'intelligenza artificiale: si alza l'asse appena apri la porta e ti vede, ti siedi su un magnifico piano riscaldato, hai tutte le comodità di lavaggio non essendoci il bidet, ti alzi, si chiude, vai via e fa tutto lui. Almeno 120 QI. Piccola pecca in piscina dove abbiamo chiesto un cocktail arrivato caldo e sgasato dopo più di 30 minuti, l'hanno rifatto meglio ma dopo pochi minuti chiama in camera il ***ager responsabile scusandosi bene, senza servilismo, per l'inconveniente. Non l'abbiamo trovato sul conto: grande albergo di lusso che sa bene come trattare la clientela come altrettanto bene sa motivare un personale particolarmente professionale e veloce. Cenato benissimo in hotel. Ca va san dire prediligetelo se passate per Delhi.

Very nice experience of having a sagan ceremony function at ***dala. Particularly pleased with the professionalism of the sales team of Ms Arvinder Kaur and Mr Shailender who helped me with the booking process and decoration, food and beverage menu etc. Food was excellent in taste and served at right temperature from the start till the end by the smiling faces headed by Mr Issac Messih and Mr Malik to name a few besides others. I will strongly recommend this place for such gatherings for up to 250-300 guests. Keep it up!!

Cons- 1. The reception staff is rude and blunt. They are expert at arguing and do not respect customers point of view. It was disgusting talking to them. 2. They are a bunch of liars. They don't admit and stand by what they speak. I had problems with my check out time extension request at the reception and also when i requested to refill drinking water in the room. 3. They don't provide pair of towels, soaps, complimentary water upfront until one requests. I had a cheap experience when I asked to refill regular water in my room. Room service replied that I need to buy water as their RO plant is not working. When i insisted to supply complimentary bottles they returned with regular water stating that they made some arrangements. So be prepared for such incidents. Mind that the staff can reply anything and later they don't agree to what they said. 4. The food cost is on the higher side. 5. Window AC which was noisy, old fittings in the bathroom, low water pressure. Pros- 1. The hotel location is very near to T1 terminal and busses are available for T1 and T2 terminals at walking distance on the opposite side of the hotel. 2. The rooms and bathroom were spick and span. 3. The food quality is good. Overall only the location and room was good but the behavior of people doesn't match the quality. My experience was very poor. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone unless one wants to stay too close from the airport. They charged 5600 for a deluxe room. There are ***y more hotels available at less cost and better reviews than this one. It would be better to avoid this!

Hans mi guardava in linea centrale e un classico, e ho scelto per la sua posizione. Il personale era molto in arrivo, mi hanno lasciato controllare in anticipo, ma la stanza che mi hanno dato non era quella che ho prenotato (era più piccola). Dopo aver controllato, sono stato cambiato in una più grande, quella che ho prenotato inizialmente. In generale l'hotel è vecchio, il lavoro in legno è indossato, le pareti avevano bagagli ***y involucri, le tole erano troppo lavate ***y volte. Anche le finestre hanno bisogno di una profonda pulizia. Delhi è una città dura per gestire un hotel. L'hotel è buono per una notte o cosa, ma ha bisogno di qualche TLC

La zona è sicura ma non ci sono ristoranti o bar, esterni all'hotel, vicini e raggiungibili a piedi per fare una passeggiata. Le stanze sono mediamente ampie e molto pulite, i letti sono comodi e il bagno grande. La colazione è servita a buffet, ottima, molto varia e abbondante. La Rams Inn è sicuramente una casa lontana da casa. La proprietà è in una traccia stretta molto vicina al Connaught Place (CP). La posizione è spaventata da un turista. Ha tutti i ristoranti, centri commerciali, 2 stazioni di metropolitana, 1 stazione di autobus (Shivaji Stadium) una pietra getta via. Il luogo è così tranquillo e tranquillo con un piccolo giardino. E 'in realtà un edificio di patrimonio convertito in un inn. Così le camere sono belle e le attrezzature sono vecchie ma funzionali. Decente per un soggiorno familiare. Prendemmo camere deluxe che veniva con vista giardino e balcone. Non c'è ascensore, ma non è stato un problema per noi. Ha una piccola cucina interna che aiuta in caso di necessità del bambino. Il cibo cucinato è davvero buono. Devo ringraziare i servizi in camera e Heera specialmente per la loro calda ospitità. Avete un buon viaggio in hotel, ma non vi piacerebbe che vi si ritrovasse a Delhi.

L'hotel è una bella struttura moderna ed è situato in una zona centrale, vicina all'India Gate. Si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse tramite un taxi o un tuc tuc. La zona è sicura ma non ci sono ristoranti o bar, esterni all'hotel, vicini e raggiungibili a piedi per fare una passeggiata. Le stanze sono mediamente ampie e molto pulite, i letti sono comodi e il bagno grande. La colazione è servita a buffet, ottima, molto varia e abbondante. C'è una piscina esterna dove ci si può rilassare dopo il giro della città.

Sono rimasto qui per tre notti e ho avuto un bel tempo. Questo boutique hotel ha fornito un'atmosfera tranquilla lontano dalle folle, ma anche a passeggiata di siti storici come la porta, la tomba di Humayun e i giardini di Lodhi. Un giro di auto corto vi porterà a ***y più attrazioni e segni. Akshardham è a due miglia, anche se il traffico deve essere preso in considerazione. La stanza che ho soggiornato era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole e ho sempre potuto avere un buon sonno. La camera e il cibo erano buoni, mi piacevano i loro biryani Hyderabadi, ma il più grande è stato l’ospitalità. Il personale qui era molto invitante e attento, soprattutto Sweta al divano frontale, che era utile nel consigliare dove e quando andare a prendere qualsiasi cosa. Ho avuto anche il privilegio di incontrare i proprietari, che erano molto gentili e informativi, e mi hanno detto che questo hotel era stato riavviato e che stavano cercando di ricostruire le attività. Gli auguro il meglio e se tornerò a New Delhi, rimarrò qui di nuovo.

questo è uno di quegli alberghi di lusso che non tradiscono mai. ogni cosa è perfettamente studiata per non creare imbarazzo nel cliente: tutto è ordinato al posto giusta, nell'ordine giusto e senza disturbare pace tranquillità. La camera dava sul retro quindi su un mare di verde, non dimenticate che New Delhi è una città piena di verde nonostante i suoi 20 mio abitanti o forse più. Il gabinetto è a rischio se lo vede Elon Musk, che non ama più l'intelligenza artificiale: si alza l'asse appena apri la porta e ti vede, ti siedi su un magnifico piano riscaldato, hai tutte le comodità di lavaggio non essendoci il bidet, ti alzi, si chiude, vai via e fa tutto lui. Almeno 120 QI. Piccola pecca in piscina dove abbiamo chiesto un cocktail arrivato caldo e sgasato dopo più di 30 minuti, l'hanno rifatto meglio ma dopo pochi minuti chiama in camera il ***ager responsabile scusandosi bene, senza servilismo, per l'inconveniente. Non l'abbiamo trovato sul conto: grande albergo di lusso che sa bene come trattare la clientela come altrettanto bene sa motivare un personale particolarmente professionale e veloce. Cenato benissimo in hotel. Ca va san dire prediligetelo se passate per Delhi.

La camera era bella e molto spaziosa. I bagni sono puliti. Purtroppo la piscina era sotto la ristrutturazione, quindi non abbiamo potuto sperimentarla. La palestra è piccola ma il lavoro è fatto. La colazione è molto deliziosa, e c'è un bellissimo negozio di libri e souvenir all'interno dell'hotel. I servizi ospiti erano un po' divertenti: abbiamo chiamato poche volte per il lavaggio senza risposta, e abbiamo avuto due problemi con la nostra fattura di lavaggio. In generale, non tanto professionale quanto l'altro personale che abbiamo incontrato. Noi rimarremmo!

This hotel has good rooms no doubt. We got clean rooms and bathrooms everything about that was okay but since i booked 2 rooms well in advance one would expect the rooms to be beside each other. At the time of check in we were told since all rooms are booked, we will get 2 rooms in different floors otherwise we can get 2 adjacent rooms in another wing of the hotel. Now to access this other wing one has to go through the terrace, pass the kitchens and then enter the floor. The entrance is dirty, that wing elevator was sticky and absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smudged floors with food. The breakfast was poor but still doable. Room service was good but when you have items on your menu, please stock on the items otherwise we customers have to get our requirements from outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!

Buon servizio. Il personale ha offerto un piatto di sostituzione (che ho voluto rifiutare) Il momento in cui entrate nell'hotel, l'intera zona di lobby si ritrova in aria con un odore di vapore e fungo. Molto pericoloso per i dipendenti e gli ospiti che inalano questo. Grazie a Dio mi è stato dato un posto senza problemi di vapore e funghi. L'hotel deve essere chiuso immediatamente per riparazioni di riparazione.
