I’ve requested hotel for written report regarding damaged luggage.I’ve yet to hear from hotel.
Regrettably,my second stay was marked by a series of issues. While taking a shower, the shampoo bottle became dislodged, and there was an insufficient amount of shampoo for two people's use. I immediately contacted the housekeeping depar**ent, requesting replenishment of shampoo and the reinstallation of the dislodged bottle.
A staff member named Kailash responded to my call and provided a new shampoo bottle. He verbally assured me that he would assist with fixing the dislodged bottle. However, his response changed after receiving tips, and he later informed me that the dislodged shampoo bottle would be addressed the following day.
The most concerning incident occurred when my small luggage was mishandled by your staff, leading to significant damage to my suitcase. I want to emphasize that my luggage was in perfect condition when I checked it at the airport upon arrival. Unfortunately, the damage occurred while my luggage was under the care of your hotel, specifically when it reached my room. Without delay, I reported this issue to the hotel front desk, where staff attempted to resolve the situation by offering an alternative, leftover suitcase, which I declined. Given the extent of the damage to my suitcase, I proposed to purchase a new one at my own expense.
