Ms. Princy from d front office too was very welcoming. Thr personal attention made my stay into a seamless nd memorable experience, reflecting the high standards the team uphold. Great location from the airport, esp travelers arriving late evening. Nice ambience and restaurant. Hotel staff very courteous and engages proactively.

A very cosy hotel located very near the airport, approx 3mins drive away only. Plus this is a hotel with full fledge amenities, from laundry services, gym and a swimming pool.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely brilliant!! I only stayed for one night but wish I’d booked for longer. Beautiful interiors, charming building, attentive and kind staff, wonderful food, comfortable bed, great housekeeping team. I’m highly fussy about hotels and rarely say this - but 10/10, I will absolutely be staying again!

Il migliore hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante il nostro viaggio di nozze. Carinissimi i disegni in camera, peraltro camera super moderna, addirittura provvista di veneziana elettrica tra bagno e camera, per permettere di vedere o meno all’interno, e anche alle finestre. Tutto azionabile con un semplice telecomando. All’arrivo veniamo accolti da un delizioso applecoffee che scopriamo fare loro, con la mela tostata immersa nel caffè (ancora devo provare a replicare). La cena e la colazione vengono servite in una sala enorme, con cucina a vista, una varietà infinita di piatti e tutti eccelsi, i migliori piatti indiani assaggiati in tutto il viaggio. Eccellente servizio di sicurezza con addirittura metal detector, personale all reception a volte un po’ freddo ma comunque cortese. In definitiva un hotel di un certo livello, l’aspetto migliore la cucina, che in India non è scontato.

What a gem of a boutique hotel! Exceptional personal touch all around. Dedicated staff with a pleasant smile at all times. I have been staying since Jan 11th and will be leaving on Jan 18th. As soon as I checked in the first day, I received a personal WhatsApp message from Irin - Asst Front desk Mgr - to ensure my satisfaction during the stay. Other front staff, Princy, Pooja and many others have been very courteous at all times. F&B Manager, Amropillai, always on the move to satisfy the patrons. Abel from F&B has always been there to satisfy my cravings. Breakfast and dinner buffets are created with lots of detail. I was going to move to Taj after 3 nights, but decided to extend my stay until Jan. 18th. I don’t usually write reviews until my stay had been completed. But, this staff need the recognition they deserve. Sorry, I cannot name all the people…Kudos to the Management Team. I will return next year when I come to play Golf again.

Loved the hotel aesthetics!! It’s so beautiful and serene..The staff is very quiet, cooperative and humble. You can definitely visit fort kochi which is nearby. Special thanks to Anusha for guiding me to buy sarees. It is such a nice and comfy stay.

The service was also impressive, I would like to specially appreciate Anusha and Justin for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Even though my stay was very short ,I enjoyed the stay very much. Very calm and quiet place ,services also very good , staff also friendly ,rooms also good. It would be recommendable to every tourist. It's very near to the kochin international hotel also.
